This used to be a great car wash but is now basically the same as Mister. They used to offer a deal where 10 washes gets you a free wash, that is gone. I also notice almost no difference between the washes anymore so you're fine with the cheapest option. After the new owners took over they change the name to something deceitfully close to the original too. This seems to be a trend locally. New owners take over a business then value and quality of service decreases.

I love coming here for my car washes. They also give you a microfiber towel to wipe the inside of your car while you go through the car wash. Staff are great.

Normally I get a great wash from these guys and the free vacuums are unbeatable , but this morning the guys that spray down my car before going through the wash did a very lazy job. They left a lot of bug splatter all over my windshield. Even the guy who wiped down my car at the end noticed it too. The look on his face when he went to wipe my windshield said it all. But he didn’t say anything he just spread out the bug splatter with the towel and made it look worse. For a $13 wash my car shouldn’t look like it needs another ... read more

My car is always clean when I leave there. The staff is always friendly with the smile on their face. Sometimes There’s a line of cars, but they still have a smile on their face. Great job Fast Bay Car Wash.

Place has went down hill. When it switched owners and name. The washes not the same. They dont even wash pre wash your car. The rag they give u are filthy and stink. Just dirty. They wipe u down with dirty rags. Make your car look even more dirty when drying. Owners need to address the situation.
