RecommendedWater came up from the curb into my car during a bad rainstorm and soaked the carpets in my front and back seat. Because the water came from underneath it wasn't just a matter of vaccuuming up the water - the carpet needed to be pulled, the seats removed, cleaned, disinfected, and dried. I made a dozen calls and very few places do this - and the places that do quoted me prices $1000-$1800!! My husband and I have been using this car wash since we moved to Evanston, and they've always done a great job. But today they went above and beyond when I realized I forgot my wallet at home. They said no worries, just come back later to pay. Exceptional customer service, always friendly and helpful, and I definitely recommend them.
