I love this car wash every time I show up everyone goes out of their way to come and help me and today Richie was super helpful so I could decide which package I wanted to choose for my monthly car wash! They have many options available and this has been the easiest process along with the cleanest my car has been at a car wash! I highly recommend and will definitely keep coming back
****WARNING**** ALL TOURIST and LOCALS DO YOURSELF a FAVOR…GO to other car washes other than this one. It’s not “if” this will happen to you it’s “when”, so be prepared. (photos attached) He USED A CELL PHONE and took photos taken from his computer monitor screen. He then emailed them to me and they look manipulated. His photos saying it was damaged before are laughable!!! Today we used Derek’s car wash. We are from New York and every time we come to Myrtle Beach we make sure that we go to Derek car wash to have our car washed. Even with the basic wash, the car comes very clean. We like the idea that they have free vacuum cleaners. Free cleaning supplies, free to use towels, a floor mat cleaner. Oh, at a fraction of the cost of the other car washes in the area. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. I get five stars to the best in the area and that most reasonably Price.
I have monthly memberships on 2 vehicles and love this car wash! The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Joshua. The wash is very effective and I love the vacuums and rag service to polish and keep my vehicles shining. I never have a long wait and there is always a bay available for me to polish my vehicle. I’m a very content customer.
We always have a good experience at Detricks. We bought the monthly pass and use it all year long due to the seasonal pollen buildup and the summer beach sand and lotion in the car. It was a great investment in maintaining the car. And I even got a follow up during vacuuming by Joshua to make sure I was satisfied with my experience so far. Big - Yes indeed!
