They can’t seem to open on time, this has happened several times. I will be requesting a refund because I pay a monthly subscription but can’t seem to get my car washed because people can’t get to work on time. I like to come early in the morning, like I tried to today but not even the vacuums were ready. If you open at 7, the vacuums and cleaning carts should be ready at 7. I guess if I change my routine and go in the afternoon I may be able to get my car washed, but I’m not changing my routine.

They continue to charge your credit card after you cancel! I was charged for 2 memberships that I cancelled. Then refuse to call you back to fix the issue. The first call I reached someone who took my number and gave it to manager who NEVER called me back now they are not answering calls nor responding to voicemails. Very unprofessional!
