I’ve been coming to the car wash since January first and every time I’m there, it’s closed. MANAGER you have closed your car wash for 18 days but charged us (your clients) for the January month while not providing services. You HAVE to reimburse all of us for this month since you closed it for a remodeling. That’s not how you do business. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!
I was a happy client and wash club member. They have one of the best washes in Missoula and for sure the best vacuum cleaners. Sadly I recently canceled my wash club when they switched to their new wash and did away with the hand drying. That was the number one reason why I was with dazzler’s. A hand dry is a non-negotiable for me and as great as the new wash is, the new dryer does not get your car dry at all. If they go back to having at least one person towel dry at the end I will be back.
Love this place! They’re always so nice and professional. Biggest win is they’ll let you through with a rooftop carrier. A huge plus in Montana. I live in a rural area and drive miles of dirt roads every day. My car is DIRTY every time I show up and they go above and beyond to pre-rinse it and get the tires really well. I’ve lived in 7 states and used to drive for work. Best car wash I’ve ever used.
Can anyone confirm the height clearance for this wash? I used to go to a touchless wash in Golden, CO that could fit my truck with the ladder rack installed with a clearance of ~7'3", but none of the washes I have been able to find do higher than 7' in the area. Would really appreciate someone providing this detail as it isnt evident from photos. Thanks!
