Wife wanted me to wash the van here to see if it was any better than the others in town. The wash was good but like all the rest, the rims never get fully cleaned. Guess car washes just can’t do rims. So plan on cleaning your rims like you will everywhere else. The vacuums are really good. They have a very strong suction. Customer service is okay! I just have a lot of scratches on my car now. Sometimes there is an off putting odor after the wash but within a day or two it disappears. It's also hard to get in contact with someone. You may have to go in person to cancel your membership like I'm going to have to.
This car wash is great. I don’t really have any other complaints other than the sign out front saying they’re not responsible for any damages when that’s not up to them that’s up to a judge so it gives you the misconception that you don’t have any type of rights once you enter, which is not the case other than that, the car wash is decent.
Hairline scratches all over new truck afterwards. Let attendants see. They agreed. Took pictures. Said owner would get back with me. They never called. Forced to buff out whole vehicle. Never going back. Avoid this place.
This a great car wash. Although I do recommend getting the membership. I just get the cheapest one and it's great. Twice a day every day if you want.
