My 1st time to Cosmic Express Car Wash. I never had this type of service any other time when I go to an automatic car wash. Trent was very helpful. Assisted in drying off the vehicle and rims. Did an excellent job.

Nayelli was AMAZING! She was sweet and helpful. She just made my membership even more enjoyable. She cleaned my floor mats for me and even helped with tire shine.

Great experience! They are going way further than all other local car washes. Aaron met me at my car and helped wipe it down. Offered a second wash because of road tar on the bottom. He also took my mats and cleaned them. Great attitude and willingness to help. I recommend Venmo QR codes posted so the team can receive tips in a cashless atmosphere. Keep it up Cosmic!

I normally wouldn’t take the time to leave a review, however the employees at cosmic car wash don’t accept tips and I feel as though they deserve some sort of recognition. Specifically the morning crew consisting of Jen, Chris, Khy & Amanda & a few others. I’ve never been one to pay for a car wash membership but with 3 boys it’s hard to keep my wife’s vehicle clean. The customer service here is insane! This is my second time visiting this location in both times they have gone above and beyond, This time I pulled up and I got the best car wash for free because of having tattoos, and then, while I was cleaning the interior of my car, they came helped me wipe it down and took my mats to be cleaned. All just for using their car wash. There was no extra fees and they don’t accept tips. I was in my daughter’s car, but will definitely be bringing my car back to get a membership!
