Such a great and quick way of getting a car wash. Comes out super clean each time and the cleaning amenities (air , vacuuming) are so nice. The team (especially Danny) are awesome and don’t judge if you can’t figure out how to put your car in neutral.
Lindell was so knowledgeable of the products they offer and he was very friendly. I appreciate great customer service he was definitely on point. Then I noticed staff walking around the Vacuum bays making sure customers were thoroughly taken care of. I’ve NEVER seen employees actively walking around at ANY of the car wash establishments like this one. I will never go anywhere else now. You guys keep up the great work!!
Brand new car wash. They are still learning the ropes. There is currently only one in Austin. They also close at 7pm unlike other membership car washes that close at 8pm. They also don’t have a station or service to wash your mats. Other membership car washes will power wash your mats and then you just use the air guns to dry them yourself. Also they don’t provide all purpose cleaner/window cleaner to use with their rags which again is something standard in the competitors service. I visited Clear Water Express Wash this morning at 7:30 AM, expecting it to be open as per their advertised hours of 7 AM to 7 PM. Unfortunately, I found the doors closed and no one present. This lack of adherence to their own schedule is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on their business practices. As a customer, it’s reasonable to expect that businesses will honor their posted hours.
