Listennnn… let me talk to you about exceptional customer service. Today is a sunny Saturday around noon, this place was BUSY, but the lines were moving fast and the staff were keeping things flowing smoothly. My husband and I drove our car through and were out in 5 mins. During that time, a small loose black rubber guard (smaller size than my hand) must have flown off during the cleaning or the air gusts must have lifted it off, and we didn’t realize it until we got home. As of 2025 CWEW is holding it down on South Post Oak. Soon as you pull up service team is reaching out to greet you. Informing you about all the new promotions they have going on. After your wash Bre walks around making sure everything was ok and you are satisfied with your vehicle being cleaned. The other team members making sure you have all cleaning tiles and other essential to take care of your ride. Thanks to all the team at that location. Best car wash I’ve been at so far.
I recently moved to the area and let me tell you if you want great customer service and an amazing car wash this is the place to go! I was greeted by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable employee by the name of “Xiomara”. She made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and made sure I was all set. The wash does a great job and their employees do an amazing job of assuring your visit is quick and easy.
I had such a great experience at this car wash! The service was quick, my car came out spotless, and the whole process was super smooth. What really stood out was the customer service — Sebastian went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to come across employees who care that much, and it definitely made the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!
