This is a great car wash! It's clean and well maintained. I love the unlimited monthly membership. The staff is very helpful and attentive when a car pulls into the carwash. Fidencio kindly dried off my car and wiped down my windows for me. I love the unlimited vacuums that work very well, and the towels they give to use on your car. I'll keep coming back here for sure!
I had a great experience at this car wash! Kimberly was so helpful from the moment I arrived—she made sure I understood all the options and went out of her way to make the process easy and smooth. Xio was also wonderfully pleasant and helpful, greeting me with a smile and providing great customer service throughout. Deon was so pleasant and made my experience very enjoyable. The customer service was on point from the person (Mike) that greeted me at the entrance with a smile and a friendly welcome to Deon who went over and beyond to make sure my truck was shining and taken great care of…he made my windows sparkle to the point I thought they were still down! Listennnn… let me talk to you about exceptional customer service. Today is a sunny Saturday around noon, this place was BUSY, but the lines were moving fast and the staff were keeping things flowing smoothly. My husband and I drove our car through and were out in 5 mins. During that time, a small loose black rubber guard (smaller size than my hand) must have flown off during the cleaning or the air gusts must have lifted it off, and we didn’t realize it until we got home. Okayyy. I’ll definitely be back !! & absolutely getting the membership. Everyone here was so helpful. The staff seem very friendly and happy to be there. Even on a sunny day. Loved the music selection. And Kory went above and beyond for my car. I purchased a simple wash.
