This is a great car wash! It's clean and well maintained. I love the unlimited monthly membership. The staff is very helpful and attentive when a car pulls into the carwash. Fidencio kindly dried off my car and wiped down my windows for me. I love the unlimited vacuums that work very well, and the towels they give to use on your car. I'll keep coming back here for sure!

Listennnn… let me talk to you about exceptional customer service. Today is a sunny Saturday around noon, this place was BUSY, but the lines were moving fast and the staff were keeping things flowing smoothly. My husband and I drove our car through and were out in 5 mins. During that time, a small loose black rubber guard (smaller size than my hand) must have flown off during the cleaning or the air gusts must have lifted it off, and we didn’t realize it until we got home. Deon was so pleasant and made my experience very enjoyable. The customer service was on point from the person (Mike) that greeted me at the entrance with a smile and a friendly welcome to Deon who went over and beyond to make sure my truck was shining and taken great care of…he made my windows sparkle to the point I thought they were still down! Great Experience!!!

I am really pleased with this car wash. Their unlimited membership is reasonable. I had a membership somewhere else and was not happy there and I paid more. Clearwater gives a much more better wash. I don't have dirt left on my car or rims, and my tires actually shine. When I don't have time to vaccum and I just go through the wash, my car still looks great and I have no water spots. I had a fantastic experience The service was quick, thorough, and my car looked spotless afterward. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Sebastian — he did an amazing job! His attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out. You don’t always come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job, but Sebastian definitely does.
