Listennnn… let me talk to you about exceptional customer service. Today is a sunny Saturday around noon, this place was BUSY, but the lines were moving fast and the staff were keeping things flowing smoothly. My husband and I drove our car through and were out in 5 mins. During that time, a small loose black rubber guard (smaller size than my hand) must have flown off during the cleaning or the air gusts must have lifted it off, and we didn’t realize it until we got home. I recently visited Clear Water Express Wash and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Cody and Devonte. Cody was incredibly helpful and persuasive in explaining the benefits of their membership program. He also took the time to teach me how to top off my windshield wiper fluids, which was a nice bonus. Normally, I go to self-service car washes, expecting to be left on my own to fend for myself and figure out the equipment. I was pleasantly surprised at the service that Jada and Jesus provided for me. Jada was very friendly and helped guide me through the process early on. I came to ClearWater today and had a wonderful first time experience! I’ve never been to the car wash, and had one of the workers help me out… DeVante cleaned my tires, and also checked to see if I windshield fluid…. I was SO impressed.. I have to really never experienced help. Im glad I started a membership here! I will continue to come back… thanks so much DeVante, and Clearwater for a wonderful experience.
