I recently visited Clear Water Express Wash and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Cody and Devonte. Cody was incredibly helpful and persuasive in explaining the benefits of their membership program. He also took the time to teach me how to top off my windshield wiper fluids, which was a nice bonus. Normally, I go to self-service car washes, expecting to be left on my own to fend for myself and figure out the equipment. I came to ClearWater today and had a wonderful first time experience! I’ve never been to the car wash, and had one of the workers help me out… DeVante cleaned my tires, and also checked to see if I windshield fluid…. I was SO impressed.. I have to really never experienced help. Im glad I started a membership here! I will continue to come back… thanks so much DeVante, and Clearwater for a wonderful experience.
If you’re a car enthusiast, I highly recommend this place. Excellent service and helpful staff. I also want to thank Cody for the time and effort with helping me get a membership and taking the time to have a conversation with me. Will definitely be coming back!
