Have enjoyed working with many on the team here. They are very helpful. For Example, one day Laney was not only very friendly but she also voluntarily started helping final dry the exterior of my truck with a cloth. I was like wow! Overall: The service is fantastic here, the workers are super friendly, and the prices are fair. I assume they have great leaders that cultivate a this type of culture. Keep up the great work!
Went for my weekly wash and as always greeted and then directed I to wash. Came out was drying my car and Colton asked if he could help dry car! Of course! He then asked about drying my wheel! Of course. Your employees are all exceptional, polite, Respectful and helpful. Always working with a smile. Doing things right for great employees. This car wash is fantastic.
I wanted to acknowledge Ransom Jefferson was absolutely great today. I pulled in washed my car for the second time today due to I went into Fort Worth and windows were full of bugs. after the wash, I started vacuuming. He asked if he could dry My car, he spent 20 minutes on my wheels. What an amazing guy thank you so much! Love this place.
Tried this car wash out for the first time. Very pleased with my experiences! Prices of different Car Wash packages are affordable. The Car Wash tunnel itself was very clean and I found the young employees to be very friendly. Once your vehicle goes through the tunnel, the self service vacuum area was very clean and the vacuums were very strong, which is refreshing. Very convenient that the car wash provides towels to wipe your car down as well as window cleaner.Overall, very happy with my experience at this Car Wash.
Luz was an absolute blessing to me and my wife this evening. She was pleasant, patient and extremely helpful. She even came around to make sure there were no more bugs and to help dry the car! She should be giving customer service lessons. 😁 Thanks Luz and God bless!!
