I am extremely disappointed at how I have been treated at 360 car wash. I have been a faithful customer to 360 Express Car Wash so to inform management that I have been wrongfully charged and they not even attempt to make it right is disgusting. I wanted to speak to corporate or the owner anyone above the responding manager on site and I was refused. EDIT POST My issue has been resolved to my liking I am a happy customer again.
Kenzal is always friendly when I go through the wash my new husband got me a brand new car for a wedding gift and we got the plan so worth it. Kudos on friendly service and a clean environment

I was so excited that as a single mother I was finally able to find the time to wash my car. Only to be told that I should go to any other car wash because their system wouldn't read my card. My card hasn't had a problem anywhere else so I was surprised. The manager Matt didn't even have the decency to come and speak to me himself. He just continued to send the young boy back in forth when I expressed my concerns. Took my car to get a quick wash yesterday and I noticed that I have little glass spots chipped away on my front windshield. I took my car back and did an incident report for a manger to give me a call ASAP. Get a call today from the manger Joe. Very rude and not professional at all. Not a good way to run a business nor communicate to your customers. What a disappointment! We could smell a dank, mildew odor in our car as we went through the carwash. I know the water gets recycled, but come on, at least use the proper disinfectant to prevent that awful smell from getting in customer's vehicles! When we got out to inspect the car afterwards, the amount of residue was pathetic! It seemed like there was hardly any soap being applied to the car during the wash, so perhaps this accounts for the poor results. This location used to be better than this.
