Overall a great business. Only down side is the time allotted for the amount paid for the wash bays. It takes the system 10-20 seconds to transition from soapy spray to rinse. With such little time per quarter it is almost impossible to wash a small car in the short time allotted. Wish they would grant more than 15 seconds or so per quarter.

Clean and they play music in the wash bay! Super tall ceilings and just enough space to pull through with my raft trailer and not get stuck. Credit card machines work, but read all of the instructions before swiping. I didn’t realize you have to punch numbers for each wash stage and that ate 20sec or so off my paid time.

I had my car washed at the North avenue location. I got great service! I finally have no bugs left on my car! I'm very happy.

We went to the self service part of the car wash for the first time. I used my debit card to pay for it because I knew it would take us a while to wash our truck and it stopped the wash automatically without reason and would not let me use my card again. Then would not print a receipt at the main station. I was charged 14.75 and I didn't get to finish cleaning my truck, now I have to go somewhere else to finish washing it.
