I am hesitant to write this review because I want to see this new car wash succeed. As a monthly member, I appreciate the courtesy and helpfulness of employees AJ and Brandon. However, during the winter months, the back of my SUV, which is heavily coated with road salt, consistently isn't cleaned effectively after going through the wash. Love the car wash. My only gripe is with the rinsing/drying. Each time I’ve gone it feels like the rinse isn’t enough and the dry time isn’t enough to thoroughly dry. Recently the frame around my trunk was completely covered in soap after being done.
This place is absolutely amazing! The car wash worked so well and the service was great! All the employees explained everything and it was really nice that there was a spot to wipe down and vacuum out the car.
Pros: fair price (with membership), get in and out quickly, friendly staff, all gets very clean (except a few of the bugs on the front of my car) , vacuums, and the best part, clean towels to dry any excess water. Cons: a claustrophobic journey that sets off all my car crash alarms, not touchless (and I think I see micro-scratches in my 2 year-old paint now), a dryer that has loosened my windshield wipers. Love this Car Wash! I really believe besides the great washes and all the Amenities that it’s the employees that make it so great! Management is AWESOME and responds to questions or concerns immediately and with fantastic customer service. I love being able to grab glass cleaner and nice towels to bring that extra touch. Overall fantastic and definitely recommend. I do the membership which is is convenient!
