In response to their response to my review, they state that they don't know if it had pre-existing damages but you don't know if a newer car had any damages done as well. So that's not an excuse to not cover somebody's vehicle when it gets damaged during the process of your car wash service. It's not the owner of the vehicle's fault either that it came off during the car wash. So therefore I feel like your guys rules for not covering older models are ridiculous. Very nice carwash. Got both my vehicles on the best wash. They pre wash before going through the wash. It definitely cleans your vehicle with no damages. Vacuuming is at your discretion. The cost for what they do is day and night to others. Give it a try you might like what you see thanks Bubba's

Went to get the car washed and the car didn’t come out very clean. Parked next door and told the guy it wasn’t very clean, to be told well it’s the road grime. So I guess a car wash is not to wash a car. If I have to do that much work then I guess this place will not get my business. And the tire shine was not on my tires it was on my rocker panels. And don’t even get me started on the rims. I wish I could give no stars. I will not be going back here until they up there ability to clean cars. Since they are a car wash.

Leaving 2 stars because the gal that accepts and assisted with payment was kind and efficient. Left 2 voicemails and sent an email including photos and have yet to get a reply. After leaving we realized that our rear windshield wiper was broken and hanging by a threa during the Express Wash. Possibly during the pre wash with the brushes that they use to scrub the windows they hit it? Obviously there are cameras. Pretty weak machine wash. Humans didn't even bother to pull leaves out of the crack in the windshield see picture. Machine sprayer couldn't handle a leaf either My fourth vacuum could actually suck up something. Just paid $20 to go somewhere else and wash the car again.
