I recommend this car wash completely. The Customer service is remarkable. I had a conversation with Judith regarding billing and was provided unmatched service to get things handled in a professional manner. Friendly, well dressed and attentive staff, great options for washing, free Vacuums and the monthly pass is well worth it! (The Brea) ;)
On May 3rd 2024, my exterior side-view mirror was damaged by the car wash machine. However, the shop blatantly attempted to avoid responsibility, and the manager's attitude was exceedingly unpleasant. Here’s what happened, 1. I heard a thud during the car wash and discovered that the cleaning brush forcefully flipped the right-side mirror OUT (not inside). 2. I’ve come to this place at least 10 times already. It never disappoints. The car wash is affordable and it’s regardless of what wash I get my car still comes out looking the way I want it too. Clean and sharp. Their vacuums are so nice and get every little crumb in my car and can squeeze into the tiniest spots that even I can’t see. They have materials you can think of to even clean the inside of your car. Pretty neat and well kept car wash I’ve ever been too.
I have traveled through every region in the United States. Brea Express Car Wash is the best I’ve seen yet! They excel in both quality of service and in person care. If you are in the Orange County area, I would highly recommend you stop by this car wash.
One of the cleanliness car wash with fully equipped machine that gets it done to clean my car. Well organized throughout including powered vacuum and air hose for a complete car wash. Thank you Brea!
