This car wash is awesome! Staff is always ready to help and super nice. There are many vacuum stations available, and you are given free wipes. It is also very clean and well maintained.
Wife went here this afternoon, mostly for the vacuum. They have the best pressure/ vacuum of any car wash. Anyway, we have a roof box which won't work with the cloth brushes, but their website advertises that you can request a touchless wash from the attendant. She did. The guy decided to have an attitude and said he had no idea what she was talking about. He also said our car was too tall... it's a Mazda CX-5 with a roof box. Might be 6'7" tallest. I'll start by saying my car was absolutely filthy bringing it in. I just got the basic wash, and afterwards one of the attendants came by to ask how it came out. It was decent, but I still had some white spots on my car. He then let me go through the wash a second time, free of charge. Fantastic customer service, and I would definitely come back again!
I recommend this car wash completely. The Customer service is remarkable. I had a conversation with Judith regarding billing and was provided unmatched service to get things handled in a professional manner. Friendly, well dressed and attentive staff, great options for washing, free Vacuums and the monthly pass is well worth it! (The Brea) ;)
NOTE: If you are considering purchasing a membership at this car wash, please be aware that there is a limit on the number of visits you can make per month, though this is not explicitly stated upfront nor on their website, as of 8/25/2024. It would be helpful if the membership terms clarified the specific number of uses allowed. A warning would be much appreciated instead of cancelling my membership instantly.
