I came back after reading the response, and I was so glad to see that the air blower has been reinstalled. Thank you so much! ________________________ OMG! Where is the Air Blower????? The best thing about this place was that the air blower was on the left and right sides, but now they're all gone.
I paid for a monthly membership for 4 months and my car never got washed properly. I would bring it to their attention and morning would be done to accommodate or remedy it. I finally decided to cancel. Only to learn just down the road you can get two months of wash and vacuum for the same price.
I recommend this car wash completely. The Customer service is remarkable. I had a conversation with Judith regarding billing and was provided unmatched service to get things handled in a professional manner. Friendly, well dressed and attentive staff, great options for washing, free Vacuums and the monthly pass is well worth it! (The Brea) ;)
I have traveled through every region in the United States. Brea Express Car Wash is the best I’ve seen yet! They excel in both quality of service and in person care. If you are in the Orange County area, I would highly recommend you stop by this car wash.
This car wash is awesome! Staff is always ready to help and super nice. There are many vacuum stations available, and you are given free wipes. It is also very clean and well maintained.
