Terrible experience i didn't even have my membership for a full month yet and I had no issues until this weekend I took my truck in for a wash and it came out with a dent and 3 deep scratches! My truck isn't really the cheapest so it did bug me a bit I showed them and the GM Issac claims the scratches were already there and he sent me a video where you can CLEARLY see it is not there before entering the wash! So they will definitely be hearing from my lawyer!!! I understand things happen but own up to it and get the problem ... read more
I went through this car wash and left with two golf ball size chips in my car. I called to let them know and the manager said they would give me a call back. I never heard back so i called to check in with them. They said that since my car ( a 2017) was more than five years old and they believe it had a smaller chip before going in to the wash (one that was not noticeable since I never saw it) they can’t cover the cost to repair it. If perfect timing was a person... She would be named Carrie! First off, I've been really thrilled with Blue Wave car Wash. Every staff member I've met has been excellent, the wash I'm very pleased with, in location couldn't be better. Just today as I was cleaning out my car. Carrie gave me a couple extra – wipes and a car freshener. Just one of those really nice things that kind of make your day. Thanks a lot blu wave 🌊😁
Quick and Easy. The vacuum, and interior self service stations are great, strong suction and plenty of options to clean the interior. The drive through was was typically IMO, does the job nearly spotless clean. Can't beat it for $20. There was no charge no wait for the vacuuming and interior. Great if you need a clean car and need to get in and out
This is the best place for a brilient shine and no scratches afterward. Being family owned the staff here from the first take at the window to the tunnel and service lot could not have been more helpful. Bonus towels and cleaner are free to use if you have the time. Vacuum are powerful. Carrie is the Super Star. talk to her about BluWave monthly members. Great Deal for a terrific clean.
