Customer service by the managerr Shyn is horrible, no accountability when your new car gets scratched by the carwash. I filed a complaint and no one wants to talk about a resolution. Shyn told me its my problem. This carwash doesn't not seem to be a stay up respectable place of business. I have emailed since 8/20/25 it happened, told to file a claim by Lizeth Guzman the customer rep manager. I filed Sept. 11, 2025. Nothing has been done except me send a mass amount of emails trying to just speak to someone.
Good service, I believe it a new location, and wash was absolutely free.. We are passing thru your town… heading home, wanted to wash car before ding a dinner spot. Daniel was good, and very professional. Good young man.!
10/10 service I love it here especially the staff,the girl with the pink hair is the sweetest person ever!

Washes were for free! Staff and place is beaming and so is our car. They even treated us to a fancy hot dog cooked on premise by Martinez.
