The staff are very friendly and attentive. The machines are running smoothly early in the morning. The associate Celeste go extra mile helping drying out the opposite site of my vehicle while I clean the other side. Excellent service.

Awesome job by Blue Wave! The ambassador really helped us out letting us know about the current deal happening we may have not known otherwise. Ruben and Celeste were awesome at ensuring our wash looked great by drying off our car. They noticed our licence plate was falling on one side and helped us out by zip tying it in place.
I recently visited Blue Wave Crash Express and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service. The attendees were incredibly nice and attentive, always waving and smiling, which created a welcoming atmosphere. They were also very helpful throughout the process. One standout moment was when Issac asked if he could help dry my car. I was shocked because I had never been offered such assistance before. Came for their grand opening and service was fast. No long waiting. Brandon was awesome to help clean my Jeeps windows. I didn’t even know they had that service. Definitely made my trip to the car wash easy!!!! 8/8/24- Never a disappointment. Always satisfied. Thankx to Ruben for helping out cleaning my car windows.
