What can you say about integrity in today's society. I can sum it up in one statement. Blue Wave car wash manager, Ray. We all pay for services in and out of our daily lives. But when it comes to having a problem most businesses are quick to shuttle our complaints or questions to the side or say that's not my area or department and my favorite well I'll forward it on to our corporate offices and they will be in contact with you. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I've been through this car wash before, but two weeks ago the car wash severely damaged my truck. The local manager filed a claim but corporate denied it stating that there are signs telling you to remove your antenna and if you don't it's at your own risk. This seems insane as it's manned and they even help you pull the vehicle in so if you need to remove the antenna they should tell you then! Regardless, thousands of dollars in damage and claims told me to pound sand. BE WARNED!
I come to this car wash at least once a week. The staff is always very helpful. If you ever need anything they are very attentive to make sure you receive the best customer service. Best car wash hands down.
Just left the car wash. It was fairly busy, but the staff remained very professional & friendly. Carl assisted me with purchasing the right wash & drying my rims. Best customer service I’ve had in a while!
I do not recommend this car wash if you want your cars to come out of the machines without damage! I went to wash my car there and the car wash machine hit the rim and front rubber and broke my rim. When leaving the machines, the manager Carl Bates realized what had happened, he approached my car and very kindly apologized and promised that they would replace the part that I gave him in 2 weeks and that they would be in contact with me (I left calm down with the hope that they would replace it for me) Weeks later, Lizeth Guz... read more
