Had a wonderful visit at blue wash because of the attention the happy attendant’s provided. A special thanks to Julie for being quick to help me process transaction smoothly & quick and then asked if needed any fresh towels to dry my car. Danya (hope I spelled name correctly) also was kind and happy soul who presence made the visit welcoming. May they be recognized for their A+ customer service.
Been coming here for a few years now and haven't been disappointed. The staff and the amenities are always very helpful and I'm always able to take care of my car at my own time and pace. I prefer not to go to other car washes if I can prevent it because Blue Wave in Dickinson is always the best. Even with their system down one day, they were still insistent on accommodating me to the best of their ability. It's always appreciated in a business even if it's just a car wash
I have been with them for years never once had a problem went through this car wash last week with my recent vehicle the taillight got broken while getting it washed I made a claim they denied it cause the car year was old as they say it's over 5 years as the man says so if your car is old I recommend don't use it cause they won't be responsible for anything only thing I requested due to me already spending 179 to fix it was a month credit the man denied that also so now I will be pursuing a lawsuit for damages to my vehicle... read more
I like the car wash and have been an unlimited car wash member since they opened. However, since they inatalled their new system, the gate opens as soon as the system clears your account, not in the order or which lane was first. Thats a problem for the inside lane, since the cars in the outside lane will get in line before you and you have to wait for a courteous person to let you in. I've been coming here for years.They got free vacuums! The drive through machine wash is normally pretty quick and they offer different levels of service from a basic wash to UV protection, hot wax and tire shine. And the end they have blowers to dry the vehicle. The only issue I have ever had here is in Love bug season the machines have a difficult time removing them. They recently upgraded there whole system I looks nice and work well!!
