Well, I frequented this location for years and 5/3/24 I went into car wash as usual and came out with one mirror. Now cameras are large at entrance. I reported incident to staff pics were taken and 5/21 my claim was denied stating " machine didn't malfunction and there is adhesive in hardware of mirror" This is horrible service after 3 years of being a customer and the closest car wash why would I lie and gamble with a claim? I have 2 kids and been traveling with one mirror for weeks dangerously waiting for assistance. This ... read more
The manager Mr Zavala is amazing. Saw him keeping this place clean and it stays clean every time I’m here. Great service by these group of guys here. They definitely deserve a raise because it’s hard to come across awesome people in today’s work market .
I love this car wash. Best one in the area. The vacuums are the best in this area as well. This place is fast and the different options all keep your car nice and clean and reasonably priced. Mike Z offers some good customer service. Always so friendly and helpful! I’ll keep coming.
We have a membership here and love it for the most part! I feel like the car wash itself leaves a white paint splatter looking residue all over my dark colored car, but maybe I’m going crazy… I didn’t notice it until I started going here. But the customer service is amazing. One of the employees, Jamya, came up to me and offered to help me dry off my car! I’ve never had that happen at a self serve wash! She was so nice!
I've been coming here for years.They got free vacuums! The drive through machine wash is normally pretty quick and they offer different levels of service from a basic wash to UV protection, hot wax and tire shine. And the end they have blowers to dry the vehicle. The only issue I have ever had here is in Love bug season the machines have a difficult time removing them. They recently upgraded there whole system I looks nice and work well!!
