I received exceptional service at the Blue Wave Car Wash this evening! The way I felt welcome and cared for throughout my time here before and after the service is truly memorable! I want to personally thank Mr. Jeff who was so honorable and helped me throughout the whole service! My car is so clean thanks to the wonderful employees here at the Blue wave car Wash! 10/10 will most definitely come again!
Well, I frequented this location for years and 5/3/24 I went into car wash as usual and came out with one mirror. Now cameras are large at entrance. I reported incident to staff pics were taken and 5/21 my claim was denied stating " machine didn't malfunction and there is adhesive in hardware of mirror" This is horrible service after 3 years of being a customer and the closest car wash why would I lie and gamble with a claim? To whom it concerns, this is to let you know that Jeff your employee was very helpful in helping me together the most out of my visit to Blue Wave Express Car Wash. Making sure my vacuum cleaner was not clogged, I had cleaned towels and he was very Professional, Courteous, Polite, Understandable, Knowledgeable and Willing to help. A rare commodity these days. Truly, he's a credit to your organization!!! Please hire more employees like Jeff.
At the beginning of the year I used this car wash ONE time. I believe this was in January or February, I’ve been charged 20 something dollars every month since without ever using the service again. Last month I called and they acknowledged some people have issues with accidental subscriptions because it’s in fine print when you buy the “package” so they know what they are doing. I’ve been coming to this car wash for almost a year. I always have a smooth experience with the wash and vacuums which is greatly appreciated as an on the go mommy… but today our experience was extra special. The line was very long so we had quite the wait… an employee brought me out two lollipops for my boys. It was a simple yet very sweet gesture. I didn’t get their name but I am so grateful for you. Thank you for making my wait a bit easier 🥹🫶🏼
