The customer service is always amazing and the car wash amenities are great to be so close to my home. Rubin and Lady helped me get both of my vehicles on a wash package with no hesitation. Thank You for the act of real customer service
Prices were taken down outside because the basic wash that I asked for went from $6 to $10 without my knowledge until after paying. I wouldn’t be that upset but my car isn’t even clean. At least Rodeo Express has colorful lights in their washing station and no surprises.
I always go to this place cause is right in the corner by my house, and the staff is great, but the reason I’m giving just 1 star is cause last time I went I missed a part of my car and I made a report, today I received a call saying they are not taking any responsibility due to the year of my car. I feel like they discriminating my car, this is a part that can easily be found in Amazon, but I thought they’d take responsibility since it was missing at their place. This the only car wash I come to because of the Manager by the name of Lady she have awesome Customer Services and she treats everyone's with the upmost respect I just love her.
I would give 0 but there is no option, I went to get a car wash for the first time last week since it close to home when I got there they automatically started talking to me about the membership and explaining it and getting me set up I was never told I had to remove my antenna or had the time to read the signs they say they have due to the guy automatically starting to talk to me about the membership.
