I've been a customer for over a year and I come in several times a week. Customer service is fantastic. The manager, Lady, goes above and beyond to help with any issues and all the other workers are very friendly and have great customer service. Highly recommend getting the monthly membership 🤘
I would give 0 but there is no option, I went to get a car wash for the first time last week since it close to home when I got there they automatically started talking to me about the membership and explaining it and getting me set up I was never told I had to remove my antenna or had the time to read the signs they say they have due to the guy automatically starting to talk to me about the membership. 10 stars for employee Dennis!! That man came to my vehicle and wiped down my front bumper to get the excess bugs off. I tried to tip him but he wasn’t having that. Very professional and knowledgeable was he and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My suv was shiny and back to its original look. Thank you so much!
They have amazing customer service, they always greet you with the most amazing smiles and make you feel like family. The car wash always leave my cars shiny clean like if I just bought it, the vacuums are great and it’s all around 5 stars
One of the best carwash I have been in houston. Lots of locations go wherever you are in the houston location but my favorite go to is the Cypress location on FM 529, the staffs here are incredible nice,respectful, professional in thier services. My Lady are staff there has to be the best. She is very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend Cypress location to anyone looking for a new carwash.
