My experience here car wash was five star. When driving up the employee Desrund greeted me with me very nice attitude and was very knowledgeable about the different choices to pick from. After getting my car wash he came to my car and gave me towels to clean my car with without me having to ask. He seems to take pride in his job. You guys are lucky to have a employeee as such. I will for sure be returning to get my car washed here regularly.
Would definitely recommend !! Roy was very professional and spoke very clear when explaining the membership(s) and pricing. I thank her for GREAT customer service. She made my entire experience.
I love this place, my car always come out looking brand new, the service is great the employees are so helpful & everything is always working perfectly, Blue Wave is the only convenient car wash for me.
I have been excited since joining this car wash two months ago. But recently experiencing some problems. Last week the back half of the car wash was not operating and half the vacuum units where not working. This week they were working but the drying towels were so dirty and greasy! I noticed only after I left and had a difficult time navigating through traffic because the windows were all so greasy and difficult to see through. I tried to call and make them aware of the problem, they never answered the phone! Not good..�... read more
