After a few days of rain, we decided the truck needed a wash. We stopped by Blue Wave on Friday, November 8 around 5 p.m. and purchased a wash. After going through the wash, we pulled into the vacuum bays to vacuum the inside and wipe down any remaining water from the windows. We quickly noticed that half the tailgate looked like it hadn't been touched by the wash. Serial was very friendly. I really love when an associate or employee come to a customer and make sure everything is OK. I love this place. I come here every week have my membership and everything is great thank you.
I've been coming here for a few years, and it's been a roller coaster. The prices went up, but I also think the wash quality has improved just a little. However, ever since they upgraded the establishment a few months ago, the air blowers that supposed to dry the vehicle were better before, the car used to come out mostly dry to were you didn't have to hand dry, it and now you have to hand dry because the vehicle always has left over water and once it dries it leaves hard water spots on the hood and the sides. I just came in to get my car and the service I received definitely made my day! Jai was very sweet and kind. She answered all my questions about the different car wash deals and promotions. I ended up getting the $20 unlimited deal. Definitely come through to this car wash for great value and excellent service!
