I’ve been patronizing this location for about a year. I have a consistently pleasurable experience each time I come. The facilities are great, all the vacuums work, the staff have very pleasant dispositions, and the towels, windshield wiper fluid, and air are awesome amenities. I appreciate the employees for maintaining this standard especially Selena who is very nice and has such a great personality! Definitely recommend checking out this location! Ride the blue 🌊 wave!
Tory was awesome. I’ve been here in the past, but today he really made me feel first class. I bring my pup everywhere with me, and he had some treats just for him, so now they’re friends for life. Thanks Tory for the stellar service.
The young man who was today at the payment machines and the young lady that was is working with him today 3/23/25 10am. They are the best ever, their actitudes , their smiles and the excellent service way beyond expectations are awesome. Brouuu!!! 100% recommended. And this not my first time there. They always have the same charisma.
I always have a good experience when I stop to get my car washed. The employees are so friendly. Tory, was so kind and came by to check on me as I was vacuuming my vehicle and asked if I needed anything. That's what I call great customer service. Keep up the awesome job Tory that smile is infectious and it made my day. Thanks to everyone else that's always so kind and professional as well.
Blue Wave Car Wash at the SugarPine location is hands down the best car wash experience I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly committed to great customer service. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and runs like a well-oiled machine.
