This is one of the few Bluewaves that has the narrow vacuum that fits between seats. The staff that are here are very attentive. I don't live near the FM 1960 location and I return to it for the cleanliness and attentive service. ♥️ ~A December 2024 Review
When they first opened, it was great, which is why I got the membership, I pay now $ 29.99 monthly! Now the wash is starting to be trash! The soap that comes out doesn't even come out with all the "3 foam and ceramic coating" or special soaps it should have! I GO HERE BECAUSE IT'S CLOSE TO ME. When I go to another location, it has a better wash, and it's just much better going somewhere else. If they don't pick up the slack, they'll end up going out of business soon!
Clean Facility - Tory makes sure of that!!! I Love the wash, love the vacuums, blower and towels. I especially appreciate the respectful, courteous & helpful employees! I spent a good bit of time giving my car a good cleaning inside & out; Tory kept himself working (cleaning) and tending to customers the ENTIRE Time. We need more young men like him. I give him a 10+++ (plus, plus, plus)!!! Talk about exceeding one's expectations...
Staff was full of smiles and were very hospitable Offered to vacuum my car for me. Great pressure on the vacuums. Not too crowded, and the holiday music definitely gave me a good push in the spirit to get the job done. Very inviting, Great vibes, and customer service. It was my first time and I’ll definitely be back.
