The store manager Ms. Kristen is great at this car wash she knows the products and will help you in any way. These assistant manager DJ provided everything I need. He also gave me a hand with vacuuming my interior. I have never received this type of help at a car wash. Great job keep up the good work.
Tory and Mrs Kristen and Devin blew me out the water with service from payment to the wash, towels and while touching up the car. They came up and asked if all was good. Exceptional!!
This is a great location! Tory came over and gave my Belgian K9 friend, Eiffel, some dog treats while I was vaccuming, and kept her occupied on leash while I worked on my windows a bit. Everyone working here is real personable and friendly — engaged in conversation with Cameron and a few others too. Great people here!

Tory has great customer service & sales skills Devin gives awesome direction & make sure you are receiving the accurate wash features Ms.Kristen is a fantastic leader and succeeds in operating a successful car wash The car wash itself is clean, you are provided towels and complementary windshield wiper fluid, and overall outstanding customer service. Everyone works with a smile and is knowledgeable! I come here all the time to clean my car 🫧
Tory,Ms.Kristen,Devin were all amazing they made sure to offer help anywhere they saw available and made sure to offer as many options as possible. Tory specifically helped me out during my whole wash and was a great person to talk to with an amazing customer service attitude I will definitely recommend blue wave to friends and family and come back anytime I need a quick wash
