Tory is amazing! He took the time to personally wipe down my car and he did a great job! Very unexpected and a pleasurable experience today. I needed that lift in a society of so much negativity. Thanks Tory! Today and every day, Kristen greets me and I assume all customers with a smile and wave. She helped me dry and polish up my vehicle. Kristen is the best! Came in with an inquiry and she was so helpful and attentive. She also helped me wipe my car down and did it with a beautiful smile! I love this car wash. I had an amazing experience at Blue Wave Car Wash! My car came out absolutely spotless, it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. A special shout-out to Tori (the really nice one who helped me out) for going above and beyond with incredible customer service.
