Don't recommend this car wash. We visited, they were out of bug prewash. We went through, there was still bug residue on the window, front of the car, side mirrors etc. We went back through to get those removed and they refused. We tried talking to someone in the office, she was really rude to my husband when we were simply asking to go back through and for the car to actually be clean. She then agreed, had us go back over to the gate and then told us we would need to purchase a membership to get rewashed even though it was ... read more
On Friday, April 4, 2025 I was at the BlueWave Express Car Wash in Laredo located 10718 International Blvd. about to begin drying my vehicle when BW employee Jose P came over to my car to assist in drying it too. This was a pleasant surprise because none of the other employees had ever helped out in the 2 years I’ve been going there. KUDOS to Jose P! Keep up the great work!!!
