I had the pleasure of getting my car washed today when I was visiting a friend in Laredo. I stopped to get my car washed and the young man George Aguilar was very polite and attentive to washing and cleaning my car. He asked if there was anything else he could do to ensure I was happy with the service. My car was spotless. George made me feel very comfortable and made sure my car was spotless. George definitely made me feel at home. I will definitely bring my car back when it needs to be cleaned. Thank you!!!
I had gone to Blue Wave a couple days ago before leaving back home to San Antonio, and Joseph attended me. He was very sweet and patient with me because he was explaining what each car wash was and the difference. He was sweet and thoughtful, definitely would go again.
My first time going to Blue Wave express car wash I was completely lost but thanks to Mr. Juan Sanches who was there to help me and explained to me about my choices and how the car wash works. He was also very nice in helping my son and myself with the final details in cleaning my car in this Laredo heat! Thank you Mr. Sanchez. Will continue to go by Blue Wave and get my car washed! I was attended by James and as soon as I arrived I knew this was the car wash for me! Extremely helpful from start to finish. Very educated. I didn’t even have to reach or stretch out of my car window to pay! Exceptional service from James and this bluewave location. Will definitely be coming back soon!!
