The best car wash in town hands down. I will always recommend blue wave! shout out to Ernesto!! Amazing customer service!!!!!! One thing I think should be changed is standing umbrellas and fans with mist should be provided for the employees in multiple areas of this specific location. your hard-working employees are out in this heat doing their best to make the customer have the best experience ever
Revision : while the service was great the car wash itself is faulty! IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE! I thought after their upgrades it would be working better but NO. The car wash stopped twice while I was in the machine I found damages to my new 2024 GMC Yukon XL . I called customer service only to ring for 30 minutes and to get placed into a voice. I will be canceling all 3 of my monthly plans and will be telling everyone I come across in Del Rio Texas that this car wash will DAMAGE your vehicle
My Jeep was damaged at this car wash and the repairs will not be covered by Blue Wave. While I was going through the car wash I felt like the brushes got caught on the Jeep, after a couple of seconds of the Jeep shaking whatever was caught on the Jeep let go. As I pulled into the vacuum parking space I saw a notification on the dash board about my driver-side backlight. I went to go see and both my back light and license plate holder were ripped off. I purchased the unlimited monthly to maintain my vehicle. I can come in multiple times on the same day, too, in case there's anything left behind. The staff is friendly and attentive. Great value comes from the subscription, especially if you get frequent washes. Thanks, Ernesto, for great customer service!
Ernesto did a great job assisting scrubbing the bugs off the front of my vehicle and did so without even asking. He had a positive attitude and was super kind! People like Ernesto make small town car washes worth visiting!
