I have been a consistent member of the Blue Wave car wash family for over a year now. Only issues I’ve had have been loosing the rear wipers to my truck twice now at the Shary rd location. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to trainer, Anthony who has occasionally been at the Penitas location and who has also been the ONLY employee at this location to ever offer a helping hand and offer wind shield fluid services (which was something I never knew was available to its customers). Always a pleasant experience at Blue Wave car wash. This afternoon I was lucky enough to have met Andres. He eagerly helped me out when I was looking for rags and even helped me wipe down my truck! Can’t wait to come back next week!
I love this Carwash! As soon as I pulled up to the vacuums I was welcomed by Caleb with towels to dry and clean up my car. He also helped me dry the outside of my vehicle without hesitation.
