I have been a consistent member of the Blue Wave car wash family for over a year now. Only issues I’ve had have been loosing the rear wipers to my truck twice now at the Shary rd location. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to trainer, Anthony who has occasionally been at the Penitas location and who has also been the ONLY employee at this location to ever offer a helping hand and offer wind shield fluid services (which was something I never knew was available to its customers). I came in to wash my patrol unit and was assisted by Mr. Ricky G. His customer service was excellent he went above and beyond by helping me dry my unit and even bringing out a pair of clean towels. I truly appreciate his dedication to his work, and I believe he deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service
I went to wash my car earlier and this nice and sweet young lady named Carlie brought me towels and offered her assistance to help me dry my car. I said no but I think it was very generous of her to do that. Despite of the hot weather conditions she's right on point and gave me awesome hospitality. Great job. 👏👍
My favorite Bluewave of the whole RGV is in Peñitas, Tx! The manager and his staff are always courteous and helpful. They go the extra mile here. I'm thankful for this location.
Milo was great, didn’t even have to ask to dry my car. Just came straight to my car and left it amazing. 10/10 location.
