Josue Salinas was very helpful and friendly. As soon as you go to check in ur vehicle he has a smile on his face, even the girl directing you into the wash had a smile on her face. As soon as I parked to vacuum my car Josue brought me towels and even helped wipe it down. Now this is excellent customer service.
A month ago, my sister took my dads car and I took my car and visited Blue Wave Car Wash in Penitas to clean the cars. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a staff member named Josh, who, like other employees, offered us a membership. We both respectfully declined. After I paid for a one-time car wash, Josh informed me that he was giving me a "discount." Great wash, clean establishment, also great customer service by Robert. My favorite BlueWave in the area. I enjoy having a great experience when I come to wash my SUV. Way to go Penitas BlueWave.
Angel made our experience wonderful! Excellent customer service, great attention to detail, making sure everything is fine and most importantly his respect and attitude towards others made it even better such an energetic and positive person! He was having conversations with us and making us feel welcome! Will definitely continue to wash my vehicle here thanks to Angel! We hope to see more employees like him!
