Josue Salinas was very helpful and friendly. As soon as you go to check in ur vehicle he has a smile on his face, even the girl directing you into the wash had a smile on her face. As soon as I parked to vacuum my car Josue brought me towels and even helped wipe it down. Now this is excellent customer service.
Love Bluewave! Especially the free Vacuums, if you have kids you know. Staff is always super helpful as well. Thanks to Juan S. that helped dry off my tailgate!

A month ago, my sister took my dads car and I took my car and visited Blue Wave Car Wash in Penitas to clean the cars. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a staff member named Josh, who, like other employees, offered us a membership. We both respectfully declined. After I paid for a one-time car wash, Josh informed me that he was giving me a "discount." I went yesterday to wash my truck was greeted with a friendly smile before washing my truck and when i was vacuuming my truck one of the workers greeted me he said his name was Gino and offered to help me dry my truck which he did. He was so polite and well mannered i had a wonderful experience. I defiantly will be going back to the wonderful and friendly atmosphere they have at blue wave ❤️
