I have been a consistent member of the Blue Wave car wash family for over a year now. Only issues I’ve had have been loosing the rear wipers to my truck twice now at the Shary rd location. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to trainer, Anthony who has occasionally been at the Penitas location and who has also been the ONLY employee at this location to ever offer a helping hand and offer wind shield fluid services (which was something I never knew was available to its customers). I came in to wash my patrol unit and was assisted by Mr. Ricky G. His customer service was excellent he went above and beyond by helping me dry my unit and even bringing out a pair of clean towels. I truly appreciate his dedication to his work, and I believe he deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service
