I USED TO LOVE THE SERVICE BECAUSE IT WAS EASY , BUT CANCELLATION OF SERVICES IS B.S BECAUSE ALTHOUGH YOU CALL AND REQUEST THE CANCELLATION THEY DO NOT AND CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU , I HAVE BEEN BATTLING FOR A REFUND FOR QUITE SOMETIME AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME THE 70+ DOLLARS THEY DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCT EVEN THOUGH THEY ACKNOWLEDGE PREVIOUS CANCELLATION REQUESTS.
