Blue Wave in Alamo is amazing. They have fast service and very friendly staff. Every time I have a question or doubt, the staff is always willing to answer politely at the best of their abilities. The staff even offers to help out to vacuum and dry in case you are having trouble doing so. Johan Ortiz was very kind today to assist me as he saw me in crutches. I really appreciate this gesture from him and his friendly approach. This is why Blue Wave in Alamo is the best!
What a wonderful car wash… very helpful staff!! Joe Navarro helped me tremendously.. I am handicapped and had trouble drying my car and he did not hesitate to help.. will definitely come back.
Brayam was a very good and welcoming employee. He came and wiped my car down and was very generous! I will be coming to the Alamo blue wave more often because of him!
Service has always been really great and hasn’t failed me ever since I first got my membership. Most of the times I’ve gone, Brayam B. has always been open to help. He’s helped me dry off my car in multiple occasions and this time even offered to fill up my windshield washer fluid. Never fails to give off a good image. For that, I’m very appreciative for the dedication given to satisfy customers. Thank you, Brayam! 🫡 :)
The owner of this establishment was super rude and unsympathetic could not wait 10 minutes before calling rec to tow vehicle when law enforcement suggested the vehicle could remain where it was parked till 12 noon Tow tried to charge 125$ to leave vehicle where it was at was compassionate enough to wait without being charged off but owner of this establishment was being rude and apparently appeared agitated cause tow was taking too long to tow my vehicle after stating I’m living off it and it was just a minor accident over... read more
