The owner or manager has the sales associates selling plans during the most busiest time of day. I waited in my car for about 15 to 20 minutes because the associate was selling a plan to the vehicle in front of me. There has to be another way to sell plans if they’re interested in purchasing. What’s crazy is the other lane was causing the same issue for traffic behind them. Poorly planned. Poorly managed.
Great car wash in the area. Love the free vacuums and towels to clean the inside of the car to your liking. Better than what most have to offer in the area.
Great customer service! I just had a problem with my license plate frame was broken after exiting the car wash it’s ok just a minor accident. Have a great day!
Had a different experience there at the San Juan location. One of the persons there assisted by wiping down my truck. He said,"You vacuum,I will wipe down" I believe he said his name was Jermain. Nice guy. Being that I live in San Juan, I will place my money in the San Juan business. Thanks for the service
Great service the first time around. Oscar helped me alot, even setting me up with a subscription. When I visit I have a pleasant experience just like the first time around.
