Should be zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR CAR IS MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD!!!!! They called to tell me they saw on their video that their car wash broke my side mirror and grill on my 1998 BMW M Roadster, but because they have a disclaimer hidden in the bushes saying they are not responsible for any factory parts greater than 5 years or any loose parts. First time at a BlueWave Car Wash and it was the worst experience.I selected the WASH & WHEELS and it did NOT rinse or dry. It just took me through the tunnel with the wash cloth spinning. The dryer didn’t even activate. I won’t be going to anything of these franchises. The so called “wash & dry” left hard water spots and dirt on my car. See photos.
Initially a 5 star review but changing it to a 1 star. Takes way too long to get through the car wash as they are always trying to convince new comers to join their monthly program. Which is understandable, but there has to be a more efficient way to do this. There is no reason why I should wait more than 30 minutes in line.
This car wash is a 5 out of 5. The workers are really nice and helpful. They also have a great unlimited car wash deal. Yall check them out!!!!
I will not go back there again. Basic wash used to be $6. They increased the price from $6 to $10 for basic wash and now basic wash is even worse than what it used to be. Soap quantity is very minimal and your vehicle would not even get cleaned. I went oversteer and my wind screen didn't even got clean. Had to wash my truck again after spending $10. Whats the point of going to car wash when you had to wash it again.
