After multiple visits, their car wash machine damaged my vehicle several times, leaving visible scratches. Horrible!! That was the worst car wash I've ever had. It was SUPER fast, I never saw and soap/suds, and my car came out as though it had just come out of the rain, and not a carwash. I paid for my tires to be cleaned, and the rims were black when I started drying my car. See my pics for reference - this towel was fresh before I started drying, and my car is still not clean all the way, I just got tired of wiping it and will be handwashing myself later today.
