Brain and Lexi, have made my experience amazing at bluewave. Ive been a customer for years and hands down the best employees I've come across. They are always attentive to the customers, always smiling, and they immediately address any concerns that arise. The site is extremely clean and modeled looking. Thank you for being great and keeping my cars beautiful.
Car wash is always functional. Car comes out clean. Clean towels always available. And all the employees are so nice and willing to help. Every time I’ve been, they have come out and helped me wipe down my car. Terrance made sure to let me know about the family plan to help save money. Overall, great place to take your cars to get washed
I have been getting my vehicle washed here for about a year now and I love how clean the place is, that they provide clean towels and cleaner. They have Friendly staff and this time I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Brian this last service. I like to give credit where credit is due and Brian was so polite, so very sweet and helpful and I would absolutely recommend Blue Wave off 518 and Wesley. If you need anything ask for Brian he has excellent customer service!
Bryan and Delvin are such a joy. I come almost daily and it’s feel like such a family and community. Beyond customer service being amazing so is the wash! I love the complimentary vacuums, towels, spray, windshield fluid and music! Very grateful to have discovered this place, haven’t been anywhere else!
I’m not one to typically leave a review but I came into town today and after the drive my truck was dirty so I swung by this car wash to get it cleaned. The customer service was excellent, so I had to leave this review. Brian came by to make sure everything was to my standard and I really appreciated that. If I didn’t live so far from here this would be my new wash spot.
