Brain and Lexi, have made my experience amazing at bluewave. Ive been a customer for years and hands down the best employees I've come across. They are always attentive to the customers, always smiling, and they immediately address any concerns that arise. The site is extremely clean and modeled looking. Thank you for being great and keeping my cars beautiful.
Been washing my own car for years but came in recently because I was in a rush. Let me just say I won’t be doing it at home anymore. The facilities are great and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The manager Brian is very knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable having my baby in the hands of others. I let him know how particular I am about my car and I can tell he takes it seriously and treats it like his own. Bryan and Delvin are such a joy. I come almost daily and it’s feel like such a family and community. Beyond customer service being amazing so is the wash! I love the complimentary vacuums, towels, spray, windshield fluid and music! Very grateful to have discovered this place, haven’t been anywhere else!
I have been getting my vehicle washed here for about a year now and I love how clean the place is, that they provide clean towels and cleaner. They have Friendly staff and this time I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Brian this last service. I like to give credit where credit is due and Brian was so polite, so very sweet and helpful and I would absolutely recommend Blue Wave off 518 and Wesley. If you need anything ask for Brian he has excellent customer service!
Car wash is always functional. Car comes out clean. Clean towels always available. And all the employees are so nice and willing to help. Every time I’ve been, they have come out and helped me wipe down my car. Terrance made sure to let me know about the family plan to help save money. Overall, great place to take your cars to get washed
