This place blows all other car washes away. This location and the one on 646 are always attentive and friendly. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Lexi, she was friendly and helpful with the applying tire shine to my tires and wiping down my windows. The customer service here is unmatched and a big reason why I’ll never cancel my subscription! You guys are awesome!
Love it! Super easy to drive through you get a wave. It's always clean and welcoming! Do wish there was inside car cleaner for purchase... and maybe a quick towel dry when you come out of the wash... But we love it.
Brain and Lexi, have made my experience amazing at bluewave. Ive been a customer for years and hands down the best employees I've come across. They are always attentive to the customers, always smiling, and they immediately address any concerns that arise. The site is extremely clean and modeled looking. Thank you for being great and keeping my cars beautiful.
Been washing my own car for years but came in recently because I was in a rush. Let me just say I won’t be doing it at home anymore. The facilities are great and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The manager Brian is very knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable having my baby in the hands of others. I let him know how particular I am about my car and I can tell he takes it seriously and treats it like his own. Signed up for a subscription and tried canceling multiple times just to be charged for months without any receipts or notifications. Good wash, okay vacuums, but dont sign up if you dont go. Very unsatisfied. Now im out like 150$ and from what other reviews have said, contacting anyone is basically a joke. I wont be back, they've taken enough of my money.
