I have had an unlimited membership for many years and unfortunately I had to cancel my membership for now. This location has declined their carwash/drying quality every time they close the wash for “improvements”. Usually the workers at the window are very friendly. Your assistant manager at the other hand has been not friendly as always. Whenever I had to go through the wash the second time, because it failed to clean my car well, she would rudely suggest to get the more expensive wash, which I just found out from the cust... read more
A new store. First time I used the soft cloth. It does a great job, but I think I like the spray system better. The free vacuum machine head was not working correctly but still got the job done.
The attendant that served me at the window was very professional and friendly, very refreshing. The girl giving me hand signals at the car wash entrance was confusing. A North/South line and at times she was waving me to go West…she was tired. Great wash though!
I was staying in Brookings overnight and had just driven 2500 miles of a roadtrip. I have been driving for over 50 years and I don’t think I have ever seen a bug accumulation this bad. I bought a car wash and explained it was for the bugs. They said if the first pass didn’t do it, to come back around. Not surprisingly, the first pass barely touched it.
