A new store. First time I used the soft cloth. It does a great job, but I think I like the spray system better. The free vacuum machine head was not working correctly but still got the job done.
The attendant that served me at the window was very professional and friendly, very refreshing. The girl giving me hand signals at the car wash entrance was confusing. A North/South line and at times she was waving me to go West…she was tired. Great wash though!
Have had a membership here for uears and more than often i have to pull around 2-3 times to get what i asked to get done. Most of the time i come through there are anywhere from 4-6 workers working with only 1 worker spraying the vehicle while the others are in the office. When i know my truck is dirty which isn't often i always pull up to the window to specify what i want clean like my wheel wells. I was staying in Brookings overnight and had just driven 2500 miles of a roadtrip. I have been driving for over 50 years and I don’t think I have ever seen a bug accumulation this bad. I bought a car wash and explained it was for the bugs. They said if the first pass didn’t do it, to come back around. Not surprisingly, the first pass barely touched it.
