I had a great experience at Big Dan Car Wash. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. Thanos was especially helpful with the mat cleaner and made sure everything was done properly. My car came out spotless, and the attention to detail really stood out. The service was quick, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Big Dan Car Wash.
I really enjoyed my experience. The young lady Syncere was my first greeter and she was amazing and answered all of my questions when telling me what Big Dan’s offers. Her smile was contagious!! In fact everyone was smiling and was so friendly. We also met Myles and he made sure we had bottles of water to stay cool. That’s definitely the Car wash to visit. My family will be back.
Just stopped and got a wash at Big Dans and would have to say I’m very impressed! My car was filthy with all the driving I do for work and it came out clean, no streaks or anything. The whole process was quick and fast. The staff was very friendly. I will be going back for a membership. Also location is perfect on Dorchester Rd! Highly recommend!!
The customer service received was a 15/10. All staff members showed courtesy, knowledgeable about the offerings and super friendly. I’ve had several times when I was offered assistance or courtesy water bottles. When the power went out the staff was reassuring and quickly acted to correct the problem so much that I didn’t notice there was an issue. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back as well as referrals to your location.
Easily the best car wash around. The exterior tunnel wash is fast and thorough, and the self-clean stations are top-notch — clean bays, strong vacuums, and well-functioning equipment. Additionally the staff was professional and the pricing felt fair. You can tell this place is well run. Highly recommend.
