This place is great. I was really happy with the wash my truck was a mess and it came out perfect first time. The service was great shout out to Nihja and Teymahl. I the location is super convenient aswell, I will be back.
We had a wonderful experience tonight at Big Dan's. We were first time customers and will be repeat customers as long as the service stays as great as it was this evening. All the staff are friendly and helpful with welcoming smiles as soon as you pull in!! Huge shout out to Nihja!! He took the time to walk over and introduce himself as the manager and make sure we were satisfied and understood all the "amenities" they have to offer!! Keep up the great work
I’ve been coming here consistently. I get the $13 wash about once a month and I’m happy with the basic wash. But today my car didn’t get fully clean, specifically my hood and doors. So I asked for a re-wash because my car should be clean regardless of which level wash is selected. Instead of a re-wash the attendant says that the $13 won’t get your car clean and essentially says we are foolish for thinking it would get the car clean then tries upselling their unlimited membership and starts scolding us that it’s only soap and... read more
Regee I think I haven’t spelled his name correctly but he was on the gate this afternoon around 4pm. He definitely goes above and beyond with excellent customer service and care. I do love the car wash here. We are from the U.K. and also live here three Months twice a year so this is why I cancelled my membership. Hopefully you will have some deals going in September when we are back for 4 months.
Brianna and Curtis were the best!!!! I recently visited this car wash and was genuinely impressed with the quality of service. The staff was friendly, the process was quick, and the pricing was very reasonable. My car came out spotless—no streaks on the windows, no leftover dirt in the wheel wells, and the interior vacuum worked great. Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning.
