In response to Big Dan's response: I have not heard from any senior VPs at this company. Christopher, who I mete in person, said he would review the case and then said he would get back to me within 24 hours. Never heard from him again. Still, serves as proof that their customer experience is not a concern for them. Buyer beware!!! Terrible customer service & terrible car wash. 0 integrity. The lady who signed me up for a membership had great customer service very nice and polite. I will tell everybody about this Car Wash and recommend it just by her outstanding attitude. Everybody with a positive attitude makes customers wanna come back. I don’t know her name, but I’m gonna take a picture of what she gave me and it has her name on it. She deserves a raise. Got a great wash at a great price. Self-Detail area afterwards was very nice. Glass cleaner & real towels provided. Mini-air blower gun to get in those tiny nooks. Shaded vacuum area, great for summer. My man Rodgel greeted me & was very helpful & happy! Will visit again!
I have been to nearly every automated car wash in St Pete and can tell you that Dan’s is the most friendly and helpful of them all. Every staff member seems genuinely happy and gives a wave or thumbs up. Cevin is particularly smiley and kind. 10/10 car wash experience. I love my membership!
