Let this review help you decide: Over the past decade, living in the tampa bay area, I have used dozens of car washes because none of them ever really stood out. Nihja provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me out. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and his positive attitude made the experience even better. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this car wash because of the outstanding service he provided.
Had an awesome experience at Big Dan’s Car Wash! The customer service from Nihja, the store manager, was incredible. He took the time to help me with the pesky bugs stuck on the front of my car and truly went above and beyond to make sure my car looked its best.
