This place is great. I was really happy with the wash my truck was a mess and it came out perfect first time. The service was great shout out to Nihja and Teymahl. I the location is super convenient aswell, I will be back.

Great customer service from all but especially Nihja. He set my girlfriend and I up with the perfect wash. He was friendly and helped a lot. Everyone is nice and every time we go we have such a good experience. Ninja remembers us every time as well. He is really good at what he does.

We had a wonderful experience tonight at Big Dan's. We were first time customers and will be repeat customers as long as the service stays as great as it was this evening. All the staff are friendly and helpful with welcoming smiles as soon as you pull in!! Huge shout out to Nihja!! He took the time to walk over and introduce himself as the manager and make sure we were satisfied and understood all the "amenities" they have to offer!! Keep up the great work

Great service and wash. First time customer and found the staff very helpful to make sure I was satisfied with the wash. He smartly directed me to the self prep area seeing how dirty my car was and then my car was clean as a whistle when it went through the automated car wash. Thanks so much!

Regee I think I haven’t spelled his name correctly but he was on the gate this afternoon around 4pm. He definitely goes above and beyond with excellent customer service and care. I do love the car wash here. We are from the U.K. and also live here three Months twice a year so this is why I cancelled my membership. Hopefully you will have some deals going in September when we are back for 4 months.
