We had a wonderful experience tonight at Big Dan's. We were first time customers and will be repeat customers as long as the service stays as great as it was this evening. All the staff are friendly and helpful with welcoming smiles as soon as you pull in!! Huge shout out to Nihja!! He took the time to walk over and introduce himself as the manager and make sure we were satisfied and understood all the "amenities" they have to offer!! Keep up the great work

Regee I think I haven’t spelled his name correctly but he was on the gate this afternoon around 4pm. He definitely goes above and beyond with excellent customer service and care. I do love the car wash here. We are from the U.K. and also live here three Months twice a year so this is why I cancelled my membership. Hopefully you will have some deals going in September when we are back for 4 months.

Brianna and Curtis were the best!!!! I recently visited this car wash and was genuinely impressed with the quality of service. The staff was friendly, the process was quick, and the pricing was very reasonable. My car came out spotless—no streaks on the windows, no leftover dirt in the wheel wells, and the interior vacuum worked great. Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning.

As snowbirds from Western New York, we used Big Dan’s Car Wash last winter and were impressed by the quality and professionalism. When we returned to Florida this month, we were warmly welcomed back by Niaha, who greeted us with a smile and even comped us a free wash just to say thank you for coming back. Shout out to Bryanna and Nihja!! You made my day with your friendliness and kindness!! You guys are amazing at your jobs, and you made it a pleasure to do business with you. I came in for a quick wash, but because you both were so great, I walked out buying a membership!!! My car looks absolutely amazing!!!! It's better than it's ever looked!!
