Big Dan's is by far mo bettah than that waves place... they got the floor mat cleaner and they have to where you can even hand wash your car if you want to.. the staff is super helpful and friendly. Big shout out to...Zachary, maurice,Wesley. And all other employees

Bad attitude and poor customer service. I got blessed by a flock of geese last night who pooped all over my car hood and front end. So off to Big dans I thought. I chose the $13 car wash and it didn’t remove the geese droppings at all. So I wanted to go through again and I was rudely reminded, that I only choose the $ 13 car wash which only gives you one soaping. $13 is a lot of money if it is wasted! Very poor customer service!!! We pay the monthly fee. We go through the wash tunnel every time, then straight to the vacuum hoses. There is some big brush that comes down at the end of the tunnel and barely touches the front of the car for about 4 seconds then goes back up. So I'm not sure what it's supposed to be doing, but nothing on the front of the car is any cleaner because of it. We absolutely LOVE taking our car to Big Dan’s! We decided to take advantage of the special they were running when they first opened up, and we have NOT been disappointed! When our 6 month special is up, we will be purchasing a monthly plan to keep up with our washes. The car always looks brand new when it’s finished!!! I love that the brushes they use are tough enough to get my car clean, but soft enough to be gentle! We’ve tried a lot of car washes, but Big Dan’s is the only one we will go to now!!

This is really best Car Wash and vacuum center I have ever experienced! They had everything I needed to vacuum my car, including different types of vacuums. They had lint free towels, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, and even compressed air. Staff were incredibly nice and friendly and the entire place was very clean. No garbage anywhere and even great music playing. 5 Stars!
