Gave me a incident report, and said corporate will call me. Thats not a good enough reply. I see no disclaimer of liability and I'm gonna have to wait a couple days for a reply? What kind of scam is this. Avoid this business. I cant blame management or employees. Id like to speak with the owner. If you like your vehicle and want a possible safe fast wash at a premium price i guess this is not the place.
I tried Big Dan’s for the first time today. I will be cancelling by membership at another car wash service & will use Big Dan’s. The reason: they have a rubber mat station that is perfect for all of my SUV deep rubber mats, even the huge mat in my cargo section of my SUV. The rubber mat station has a deep stainless sink with 3 hose options: soap spray, water spray, and compresses air to dry. Best car wash in Muscle Shoals! Friendly staff and the car wash does a fantastic job cleaning my SUV and minivan. They have clean towels, strong vacuums, interior cleaner, glass cleaner, compressed air, mat cleaning machines and sinks, and free air to fill your tires.
As always a fantastic job. Never had a monthly subscription to a car wash until Big Dan's. Best investment ever made. Always has friendly staff. Great place. Love all the options they have.
