Gave me a incident report, and said corporate will call me. Thats not a good enough reply. I see no disclaimer of liability and I'm gonna have to wait a couple days for a reply? What kind of scam is this. Avoid this business. I cant blame management or employees. Id like to speak with the owner. If you like your vehicle and want a possible safe fast wash at a premium price i guess this is not the place.
Truck came out looking great. The air freshener smells fantastic and the staff was super friendly. Can’t ask for much more.
I had the privilege of being greeted by Josh as entering Big Dan’s. While I was detailing the inside of my vehicle, Joseph was going from bay to bay doing such an amazing job. Best car wash in Muscle Shoals! Friendly staff and the car wash does a fantastic job cleaning my SUV and minivan. They have clean towels, strong vacuums, interior cleaner, glass cleaner, compressed air, mat cleaning machines and sinks, and free air to fill your tires.
I rejoined Dan's monthly car wash because I love to keep my truck spotless. Its convenient and I had gotten to know the workers when I had joined before and had to cancel for a while. I go to the Muscle Shoals wash and everything its clean, friendly and I feel.safe there. One employee named Eric has really been super nice and goes above making sure everyone is informed and has become a nice friendly face to see everything I go.
