I tried Big Dan’s for the first time today. I will be cancelling by membership at another car wash service & will use Big Dan’s. The reason: they have a rubber mat station that is perfect for all of my SUV deep rubber mats, even the huge mat in my cargo section of my SUV. The rubber mat station has a deep stainless sink with 3 hose options: soap spray, water spray, and compresses air to dry. Everyone is always friendly and helpful when I come through. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is there’s been two occasions where the attendant has met me at the kiosk and I’ve asked you do guys use the brush on the grill and windshield and he or she has said “oh yeah, for sure”. I pay for the highest membership and I barely get a squirt of whatever they use on the grill and windshield, but they never do both sides or use a brush to get bugs off. The man who greeted me at the beginning did a wonderful job of explaining all the different tiers of service available and all the extra amenities, too! I had only planned on using this car wash once since I lived across the water, but he sold me on the 3 month package! It is definitely worth it to me drive a little further to use this car wash!
