Gave me a incident report, and said corporate will call me. Thats not a good enough reply. I see no disclaimer of liability and I'm gonna have to wait a couple days for a reply? What kind of scam is this. Avoid this business. I cant blame management or employees. Id like to speak with the owner. If you like your vehicle and want a possible safe fast wash at a premium price i guess this is not the place.
I rejoined Dan's monthly car wash because I love to keep my truck spotless. Its convenient and I had gotten to know the workers when I had joined before and had to cancel for a while. I go to the Muscle Shoals wash and everything its clean, friendly and I feel.safe there. One employee named Eric has really been super nice and goes above making sure everyone is informed and has become a nice friendly face to see everything I go. Here in Muscle Shoals, Dakota was super helpful getting me all signed up for the unlimited program. We recently moved here from Indiana where car washes were nothing special but this place is awesome! Free vacuums that work great, making that process fast and easy! Plus, free window cleaner with microfiber towels provided to use and free air to get tires good to go or my granddaughter even used it for tight places to clean inside the car!! My wife and I went through the wash today and absolutely loved the experience. The employees Joesph and Dakota were extremely helpful, smiling, and had excellent customer service and the wash turned out great. We were even brought a water while vacuuming our car. We will be back again when we are in the area. Happy Thanksgiving.
I tried Big Dan’s for the first time today. I will be cancelling by membership at another car wash service & will use Big Dan’s. The reason: they have a rubber mat station that is perfect for all of my SUV deep rubber mats, even the huge mat in my cargo section of my SUV. The rubber mat station has a deep stainless sink with 3 hose options: soap spray, water spray, and compresses air to dry.
