The worst car wash experience ever. The employees were unhelpful and unprofessional, starting with the manager, who instead of setting an example for his staff, showed arrogance and complete unwillingness to serve. He acted as if he didn’t understand, and his behavior came across as racist and discriminatory. My wife may not be a native English speaker, but she speaks very professional and educated English. My first time here was today and I loved it so much I signed up for their Unlimited $39 premium plan!! One of their BEST features is the rubber mat washing station ...WOW! Complete with soap, brush and mini pressure washers i was able to clean my rubber mats quickly and easily like never before. Wonderful place!! Absolutely fantastic and amazing, I loved everything about it and will keep coming back to keep my brand new 2025 Sentra SR in tip top condition 😀!!
I always have a good experience at this location. Love the prewash area. Pleasant staff, bays kept supplied. Only reason it is 4 instead of 4 stars is that car doesn’t seem clean after going through wash. I have to touch up a lot of spots. Also, one suggestion. I am in the monthly club for my company car and I need a receipt each month for my expense report. It would be great if I could go online and get it or have it sent to me via email.
10/10, it’s a new place but I can see it will be at top quality for a long time. Both reps who are here today 1/19/25 at 8.38 am are exceptional in customer service. Both asked how they could help, you don’t get that in a lot of places. Machines are all working and working a high quality.
