It was my 1st time visiting and trying out this car wash and I was thoroughly impressed. I was greeted by the attendant and she was very friendly. The car wash did a great job cleaning my vehicle. The post car wash section where you can vacuum, clean the interior and dry off your vehicle were excellent. They offered microfiber towels to clean and dry off your vehicle at each station. My first time here was today and I loved it so much I signed up for their Unlimited $39 premium plan!! One of their BEST features is the rubber mat washing station ...WOW! Complete with soap, brush and mini pressure washers i was able to clean my rubber mats quickly and easily like never before. Wonderful place!! Absolutely fantastic and amazing, I loved everything about it and will keep coming back to keep my brand new 2025 Sentra SR in tip top condition 😀!!

I’ve been a loyal Big Dan’s customer for years and have brought you over 20 vehicles. I recently moved out of town, and when I was back visiting I stopped in for one simple thing: a quick vacuum. I explained I was a long-time customer and asked to use the vacuum without buying a wash this one time. The answer was a flat no. So instead of valuing loyalty, you forced me to pay $13 for the cheapest wash just to use a vacuum—something many places offer with basic courtesy. 10/10, it’s a new place but I can see it will be at top quality for a long time. Both reps who are here today 1/19/25 at 8.38 am are exceptional in customer service. Both asked how they could help, you don’t get that in a lot of places. Machines are all working and working a high quality.
