The staff is very friendly and it's nice they provide the ability to wash your floor mats, but... We're here for a carwash. The brush to dry your car is a horizontal hour-gIass shape. I drive a stock Honda Civic and this narrowing at the center means the brush does not touch my car leaving a center stripe up the front hood and part of the windshield not cleaned or dried. I used Big Dan's Car Wash during the first two weeks it was open. Staff was courteous and I immediately signed up for a membership. I liked the location. Keep in mind there are 3 other new car washes within a mile of my house. My "free" car wash ended up costing me $450 due to damage to the high mount 3rd brake light on my Lincoln MKX. The wash is new, and I thought adjustments were probably being made to some of their machines and brushes. The lens was found in the car wash tunnel. The most expensive car wash they have makes my truck look GREAT! I enjoy cleaning my own vehicles to get the “best clean” but can certainly use their best wash as a substitute. The cost for my favorite wash is just too expensive. The crew is very friendly, vacuums work great… I highly recommend them.
I simply love the new Big Dan’s car wash! The addition features at the cleaning station accompanied by the great music make your experience nice. My family has joined as car wash club members too.
I was at the carwash on Thurs, June 27th when my 2020 Audi Q5 was severely scratched in SEVERAL places. I immediately reported it, completed an incident report and the shift manager took several photos and said the owner would contact me within 24-48 hrs assuring me it would be taken care of. They all acknowledged that the scratches appeared to be a brush malfunctioning and a part must have popped off to scratch it so badly. I have yet to hear from the owner.
