Save your money and do it yourself or go to one of the many other car washes on Cobb pkwy. Their equipment chipped my paint in multiple areas on the passenger side of my car. I filled out an incident report, they took pictures and said the manager would contact me. It took forever and multiple emails, calls and going up to the store to finally get a response. I had an outstanding experience at Big Dan’s Car Wash! The customer service was incredible, and Jaylen went above and beyond to help me with all my needs. The music was great, adding a fun vibe to the visit. Plus, my car looks fantastic! Highly recommend!
New place. Equipment is clean and new and everything in the tunnel and out at the vacuums seem to work. Parking lot is clean and everything looks well kept. The reason for the 3 stars is they are definitely not the cheapest of the 25 car washes that are in a 4 mile radius of this place. In fact they might be the most expensive. With a million other car washes in the area that are also new and still have like new equipment I will most likely not come here again unless I have a coupon code. The lowest wash is $17. Excellent customer service. I like being able to wash the front and back as well as the wheels before entering into the garage. The vacuums are very powerful and the air compressor is great for getting the tight spots clean. My favorite amenity is the sinks to was your formed mats, they provide bridges and a water sprayer to remove the soap. Next to the sinks are the carpet mat cleaners.
I LOVE Big Dan’s CARWASH in Kennesaw, Georgia. We had a membership with another car wash in town, but after trying Big Dan’s during their grand opening, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I absolutely love the soft windshield wash, and the customer service is amazing! All the equipment is new and I love that they have solution for your windshield and glass and a different solution for the inside of your car. Everyone there is very helpful and very professional.
