I went to big Dan’s because it is a new car wash in the Albany area. I paid $30 for the ultimate package and went through the wash lane only to come out very disappointed as my windshield and windows were still covered in bird poop. I went back around, drove through for a second time, and my window is still filthy. No one dared even use a brush to clean the windows. I will never go back to this place.

Jesus Take The Wheel! This will be my first ever Google Review. This part (Quarter Panel Light) to replace cost almost $400 for a $17 wash. Took car back to Big Dans and showed them case was gone off of light. If water touch these LED’s they’re going to blow and my signal and break light will stop working (A Safety Hazard).The attendant found case broken inside the wash. Only to be told that only cars within 5 years, if anything happen through wash, parts will be paid for by them for replacement. So……..basically anyone who d... read more

I love this place! Such wonderful staff, excellent equipment and the glass cleaner is the bomb diggity! They even give you a car freshener each time!

VERY expensive for a drive through car wash. I got the membership and they charged me a higher price than what I was told my monthly plan would be, so pay attention to your account if you get the membership. I had to cancel my membership they played me. Terrell was a great CSA. Cool spot very helpful! Free air for your tires and a prepping station.

My first time going to Big Dan’s and it did not disappoint! I first heard about Big Dan’s from my neighbor. Whenever I came home, his shiny truck would always catch my eye and I’d admire how clean his truck was, especially the shiny rims and tires. Turns out he goes to Big Dan. Now my tires are shiny too! Very clean facility with lots of supplies to do the finishing touches at the end. Loved the mat cleaning station. The attendant was very kind and helpful. Will definitely be back!
