This is the best car wash that I have visited. Nate is always friendly, and offers a bottled water on hot days. My vehicle is often plagued with evidence of night bugs, but their pre-wash solutions solve that problem. Just today, there was an actual bat that was stuck on my side mirror and the manager assisted with removing it. I have had the recurring plan for quite a while, and I love it!

Nate was awesome!! Making sure people who was washing their cars had water, even gave popsicles out to the kids. Man I don’t if I’ll ever wash my car anywhere else!! Thanks Nate!!!

This was the best Customer Service that I have seen in a while and especially in Albany, Georgia. The guy working was very friendly and helpful. He may not have realized how God was using him to display kindness to me in the moment but it was at the right time Thank you for your kindness and your service. I would totally recommend Big Dan’s Car wash to anyone seeking an overall great experience.

Great customer service, especially Nate. He makes my visits to the car wash fun. He has a very upbeat, but professional demeanor. Nate offered cold water to me as I see with the other customers, however I found out that the water will no longer be available to customers. No water is being ordered in the future. This is sad because sometimes people need a bottle of water while they are cleaning their vehicles on hot days. Not everyone remembers to bring water.
