I’ve been coming to Big Dan’s Car Wash for about two years now, and the experience has been consistently great. The service is excellent, and they really pay attention to the details. They always have fresh, clean, dry towels available, which makes a big difference when finishing up your car. Being new to Acworth I wasn't sure which automated car wash I was going to give a try. I saw Big Dan's on the way home one day and noticed the amount of customers that were there and thought I'd give it a try. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Mark, the manager is a solid gem. He made sure that my questions were answered and followed up with me on my next visit. I had an outstanding experience with Tay at the car wash today. From the moment I pulled in, Tay greeted me with a smile and made sure I understood all the services. They noticed a stain on my back seat I didn’t even mention and offered to take care of it—without me asking. Tay works fast, pays attention to detail, and truly cares about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back because of Tay’s great service.
