I’ve been coming to Big Dan’s Car Wash for about two years now, and the experience has been consistently great. The service is excellent, and they really pay attention to the details. I had an outstanding experience with Tay at the car wash today. From the moment I pulled in, Tay greeted me with a smile and made sure I understood all the services. They noticed a stain on my back seat I didn’t even mention and offered to take care of it—without me asking. Tay works fast, pays attention to detail, and truly cares about customer service. Awesome wash! The attendant and GM James were so kind and professional!! They offer free air, vacuums, and air fresheners! Definitely the best value for your money here in Albany!
