Your representative CJ was excellent. I’m new to George first time at this car wash didn’t know nothing on how to do anything he went slowly step-by-step clearly explained everything that needs to be done and it worked like a charm. I appreciate you CJ thank you
I have a membership here. I pulled up to the members line today and it didn’t open, I assume due to me having a temporary plate. Mind you I updated the plate to the temp tag number and it worked last time I went. I sat and waited expecting someone to come and help me. I received NO customer service. I was just stared at. I had to back all the way out of the line onto the road due to nobody helping me. Thankfully there was nobody behind me so I wasn’t inconveniencing anybody else. Ridiculous.
I went to big Dan’s because it is a new car wash in the Albany area. I paid $30 for the ultimate package and went through the wash lane only to come out very disappointed as my windshield and windows were still covered in bird poop. I went back around, drove through for a second time, and my window is still filthy. No one dared even use a brush to clean the windows. I will never go back to this place.
Arthur greeted me at the payment kiosk and even had puppy treats for my dog! The staff here is always friendly and the facility is well maintained, clean and full stocked and functional. Awesome car wash and the only one I’ve used since they opened.
Jesus Take The Wheel! This will be my first ever Google Review. This part (Quarter Panel Light) to replace cost almost $400 for a $17 wash. Took car back to Big Dans and showed them case was gone off of light. If water touch these LED’s they’re going to blow and my signal and break light will stop working (A Safety Hazard).The attendant found case broken inside the wash. Only to be told that only cars within 5 years, if anything happen through wash, parts will be paid for by them for replacement. So……..basically anyone who d... read more
