I always have a great experience when I come to Dans. Nate is very helpful as well as all of the staff. Always greets me with a smile.
This is the best car wash that I have visited. Nate is always friendly, and offers a bottled water on hot days. My vehicle is often plagued with evidence of night bugs, but their pre-wash solutions solve that problem. Just today, there was an actual bat that was stuck on my side mirror and the manager assisted with removing it. I have had the recurring plan for quite a while, and I love it!
This was the best Customer Service that I have seen in a while and especially in Albany, Georgia. The guy working was very friendly and helpful. He may not have realized how God was using him to display kindness to me in the moment but it was at the right time Thank you for your kindness and your service. I would totally recommend Big Dan’s Car wash to anyone seeking an overall great experience.
Big Dan's Car Wash is always a pleasant visit. My vehicle is super clean after coming through the wash and I love all accessible equipment to clean the inside of my car. Staff Nate have a super personality and great customer service. Overall.. I'm one satisfied customer!!!
Came with my son to get my car washed and vacuumed out, and this very nice gentleman (Nate) was very nice. He offered us water and my son a freeze pop on this hot sunny day. He was very respectful, helpful, and kind. Will be coming back again.
