I had an outstanding experience with Tay at the car wash today. From the moment I pulled in, Tay greeted me with a smile and made sure I understood all the services. They noticed a stain on my back seat I didn’t even mention and offered to take care of it—without me asking. Tay works fast, pays attention to detail, and truly cares about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back because of Tay’s great service.

Great customer service, especially Nate. He makes my visits to the car wash fun. He has a very upbeat, but professional demeanor. Nate offered cold water to me as I see with the other customers, however I found out that the water will no longer be available to customers. No water is being ordered in the future. This is sad because sometimes people need a bottle of water while they are cleaning their vehicles on hot days. Not everyone remembers to bring water. This is the best car wash that I have visited. Nate is always friendly, and offers a bottled water on hot days. My vehicle is often plagued with evidence of night bugs, but their pre-wash solutions solve that problem. Just today, there was an actual bat that was stuck on my side mirror and the manager assisted with removing it. I have had the recurring plan for quite a while, and I love it!

Two times I have taken my car to Big Dan's and each time I was very dissatisfied with the look of car when done. My car is still filthy. I will not revisit.
