Big Dan’s is the greatest car wash I have ever used! They furnish towels, interior and glass cleaners, but what sets them apart is their customer service!! A month or so ago, their computer systems were down and they had no way to charge their customers, ( most places would have closed immediately, but not Big Dan’s) they continued receiving cars and trucks all day long until closing time! Rude customer service, UI makes no sense, touch screen non-responsive, got a $10 car wash for $25. The whole grift is flashing lights and signs telling you how great your car wash is. It aint. Car still dirty. Had to wipe down the entire hatch myself, just regular dirt and their wash did take it off.
Great car wash experience! The facility is well equipped and maintained providing customers with products and materials that make car detailing simple and easy. Staff members are friendly and professional. Hunter, an assistant manager, is always approachable and he checks in on customers to make sure that we're happy with the service. Been to many car washes... Big Dan's stands out as one of the best!
If you want a partially cleaned car with pathetic customer service, I would definitely take your vehicle to this car wash. The manager was hateful and rude. He offered to rewash my car for a THIRD time. I declined. He would not refund my money His attitude and terrible car wash definitely solidified why I will never use this car wash again. Picture was after the second wash.
The staff is so very polite and helpful. This is the best car wash in the Hiram-Dallas area. I recommend it to all my friends and co-workers. And Javier was really helpful asking if I needed any assistance at the vacuum area.
