I recently visited Big Dan's Auto Wash and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their service. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with professionalism and efficiency. Much like the two people before me I was disappointed with my visit there yesterday. I paid for the basic wash and went through a second time complimentary because the first time didn't clean my car. The roof of my car was left untouched after two rides through the tunnel. Couldn't find any towels to wipe down my car myself with. Other than that the sides look great. Find a way to get under fender wells better and backside of car too. But a great place. Still better car wash than most around.
First time I've ever used this type of car wash. The machines did a pretty good job of getting the majority of the grime off and along with the free vacuums they have hoses that give you interior cleaner and window cleaner along with fresh rags, pretty good idea
2-1-24 very disappointing I understand not having the cleaners available due to freezing temperatures, but I would think Dan's car wash would let customers know this. Maybe give a discount instead of charging $22 . Also, the big black washer at the end didn't even work. My car looked dirty . It was very disappointing and frankly a waste of my money and time .
