Much like the two people before me I was disappointed with my visit there yesterday. I paid for the basic wash and went through a second time complimentary because the first time didn't clean my car. The roof of my car was left untouched after two rides through the tunnel. Couldn't find any towels to wipe down my car myself with. Other than that the sides look great. 2-1-24 very disappointing I understand not having the cleaners available due to freezing temperatures, but I would think Dan's car wash would let customers know this. Maybe give a discount instead of charging $22 . Also, the big black washer at the end didn't even work. My car looked dirty . It was very disappointing and frankly a waste of my money and time . I paid for the first wash. I was so impressed with their services and amenities that I went back and joined their monthly wash. I believe this is the best way for me to keep my vehicle looking its best. I live in Dallas, GA 6 miles from Big Dan's. This place is well worth the money!
I frequent a lot of car washes and really don't have too high of expectations. But this is by far the worst wash I have come across. I could have paid my 9 year old the $12 and he would have at least cleaned my windshield.
Loved my experience at Big Dan’s car wash. I have never had a chance to go since it recently opened but it was awesome! It has free floor mat cleaner, air guns, great suction on the vacuums and other free cleaning products. The towels were a nice touch too. I really felt their staff was so friendly despite being outside. Thanks Alyssa for welcoming me today at the car wash.
