This place USED to be great, used to. Customer service and quality have gone through the drain. Your vehicle doesn’t get near as clean, half of the vacuums don’t work, and more often than not, the towels are stocked. Washed here for almost 3 years and now you couldn’t pay me to go back. Too many new, good car washes in town now.

If you want a partially cleaned car with pathetic customer service, I would definitely take your vehicle to this car wash. The manager was hateful and rude. He offered to rewash my car for a THIRD time. I declined. He would not refund my money His attitude and terrible car wash definitely solidified why I will never use this car wash again. A

Based on my experience yesterday by supposed owner. I would not recommend. I tried to give positive feedback on an issue I was having and was treated with the most disrespectful attitude ever. The owner out rite called me a lier on camera. It was a simple issue. I requested no tire shine. It apply too much then get spun onto the white paint. I attempted to contact the corporate office to send my information and maybe get some feedback back, however since the issue was with the owner I never heard back. Sad that those is what... read more
