I have taken my vehicles to Big Dans for a couple years now. A few weeks ago, after a trip to the location on 92 and Ragsdale, I noticed my wife's Yukon had significant swirl scratches on the hood of the vehicle. Upon further inspection, I saw those scratches were on the roof of the vehicle as well. I contacted BDs and they called me and requested pictures. They told me they could check cameras on the property to ascertain whether the scratches were there before or a result of the wash. I emailed the pictures over a week ago... read more
Don't think I'd go back, $25 wash didn't get outside clean. Wheels still had a ton of brake dust. On the plus side, they've got all the tools to help you get the inside & deep cleanings done.
Great and very thorough car wash! Love tgat you can get a great wash and if you need to vacuum, air up your tires, and use their towels and window cleaners, its free and right at your fingertips in each car bay!
Drive through wash did a fabulous job on my Pilot. Love the vacuum/ finish area and all the supplies. Made quick work. Super friendly employees.
This is the best car wash in town. The staff is always available and highly professional. Great value in the family plan.
