I have taken my vehicles to Big Dans for a couple years now. A few weeks ago, after a trip to the location on 92 and Ragsdale, I noticed my wife's Yukon had significant swirl scratches on the hood of the vehicle. Upon further inspection, I saw those scratches were on the roof of the vehicle as well. I contacted BDs and they called me and requested pictures. They told me they could check cameras on the property to ascertain whether the scratches were there before or a result of the wash. I emailed the pictures over a week ago... read more
Don't think I'd go back, $25 wash didn't get outside clean. Wheels still had a ton of brake dust. On the plus side, they've got all the tools to help you get the inside & deep cleanings done.
Great and very thorough car wash! Love tgat you can get a great wash and if you need to vacuum, air up your tires, and use their towels and window cleaners, its free and right at your fingertips in each car bay!
We took our brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summitt to Big Dans for its first wash. Color is black diamond and car only had 100 miles on it. Came out of the wash, I started to dry it and noticed the hood was completely scratched all the way across. ARGHH! Went inside, filled out an incident report and was told Tamer would call me. Great car wash! BUT, They don’t even use those amazing power wash guns which helps majorly in getting bugs off the vehicle as well as brake dust remover. I’m front up north where those guns are ESSENTIAL for better business volume. I used to be a car wash manager and I know that those guns seperate the quality from other car washes
