Calvin did a fantastic job explaining the current promotion and how much I would save. I've tracked it online and it's an absolute deal. Saves me money and time and the fact that they have literally all the necessities for prewash and after wash is a nice bonus. I highly recommend taking advantage of their current promotion. The employee at the automatic car wash today April 27th was rude as could be. I had never been to this type of car wash, so I was a little confused, and he got frustrated with me and was acting like I was dumb. I tried to roll my window down to ask how it works, and he just was immediately annoyed and treated me like I was a hindrance. Went this morning to vacuum out my car and Travis was the only employee working. He was running from the office, to the entrance, to the car wash in 24° weather. I had an issue with my membership and he was so kind to help me get it sorted out. He was an absolute gem, which made my frigid experience much warmer. Kudos to Travis for going above and beyond and providing such excellent customer service. Also, their equipment is usually always in working order and if not, they are always willing to help fix it.
What an awesome car wash. We were in Columbia for our son’s baseball game for PA and the staff couldn’t have treated us any nicer. The cleaning area after the car wash is so convenient. The area to clean the mats is such a nice touch. Give Big Dan’s Car Wash 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It’s a great car wash but they HARASS you about a membership for 10 minutes everytime. They won’t even let you get a wash until they give you the whole sales pitch. Even if the membership was free I wouldn’t buy it because the sales people are so annoying. Stop harassing us! We just want to wash our car for $13!
