Calvin did a fantastic job explaining the current promotion and how much I would save. I've tracked it online and it's an absolute deal. Saves me money and time and the fact that they have literally all the necessities for prewash and after wash is a nice bonus. I highly recommend taking advantage of their current promotion. It’s a great car wash but they HARASS you about a membership for 10 minutes everytime. They won’t even let you get a wash until they give you the whole sales pitch. Even if the membership was free I wouldn’t buy it because the sales people are so annoying. Stop harassing us! We just want to wash our car for $13!
Big Dan’s Car wash is the best! Nobody can top them. Calvin is the best as well, with his amazing customer service. He is very friendly and does everything in his power to make sure every customer is taken care of. He definitely deserves a promotion!! I live on the other side of town, but anytime I am on this side I will definitely be here!
I’m new to the area and was looking for a local car wash to get started with. Calvin was very helpful and had great customer service. I was offered a great deal $17 mid-tier unlimited washes for the entire month of September, including the wheel shine. You can totally tell the difference from the basic to next tier wash. Happy with my experience and will definitely be calling myself a regular customer. Thanks Calvin!
Customer service is amazing here. Everyone is so attentive to see if you need help with anything. When I bring my kids with me, the guy Calvin gives them lollipops or popsicles to keep them calm. I really appreciate the great service and helpful hand.
