Simply put. The machine at this establishment completely ripped off a window panel on my 2018 vehicle and they refuse to pay for the repair. The reason they provided is the vehicle is over 5 years old. They did however, offer to give a month or so of free service (we initially signed up and paid for a membership). This place is amazing. There is nothing they have not thought of. We love this place and all the amenities. Today, we washed and dried the car, washed the rubber floor mats in the mat cleaning sink with specialized detergent, ran the carpet floor mats through the car mat cleaning machine using the water free option, vacuumed the car using two different types of vacuum hoses, detailed the inside using the complimentary shammies and cleaning solution, washed the windows with shammies and window solution, emptied trash, checked... read more
I love Big Dan’s Car Wash! I love it so much I bought the family plan for both of my cars. It’s very convenient to the Walmart that I often go to for groceries and products and it’s very easy to work in a car wash. The people who work there are always friendly and the place is kept well stocked with everything needed to make your car sparkling clean. Keep up the good work and best of luck and success.

Free car washes! Promo for their grand opening. Not sure how long they are running it for, but it was free when I went and then again the next day. Awesome place, super clean, has everything. Hope you guys can keep it up for years to come.
