Simply put. The machine at this establishment completely ripped off a window panel on my 2018 vehicle and they refuse to pay for the repair. The reason they provided is the vehicle is over 5 years old. They did however, offer to give a month or so of free service (we initially signed up and paid for a membership). This place is fantastic! I've been coming here for about a year. Everyone is very professional and friendly. The towels are always full and theres always an available lane to detail your car. Shout out to Christine for the car freshener! You all rock Keep up the great work.
This is a great car wash much unlike Tommy's across the street. Their basic was is a dollar less than the crooks at Tommy's. They sold me an upsell promising a 30 day free trial and when I went back for my 2nd wash the refused me service without running my credit card again. They are bait and switch false advertisers and will never wash my vehicle again. Love Big Dan's and whenever I'm in town they will get my business!
I could not Ben get my truck thru the actual car wash it’s self and is still the best car wash I have been to Everything You need is pretty much at the vacuums. Interior cleaner,glass cleaner and towels.
Loved it! I had a free one, so getting it free helps lol. The wash did a good job on my car. I love the detailing and vacuum area. Those mat cleaner machines are amazing...I've never seen that before. Ended up spending more time here than I planned, but my car was clean inside and out. I love that they have everything you need to do the inside yourself all right there with the vacuums.
