Took my car through there today. First time at this place, have used the numerous others in town for great washes and figured they’d be just as good as any drive thru wash. Paid $26 for a wash and the equipment broke my shark fin antenna. A factory installed part. The manager didn’t do anything but said she would find the piece that broke off and pointed to a sign saying not their problem. $600 part plus labor, no accountability, no concern at all.
Excellent customer service from Nihjah! The location is convenient, and I really appreciate the free vacuums and complimentary interior/glass cleaner stations. I also signed up for their affordable monthly wash plan, which is a great value. The free air freshener was a nice touch, too. Overall, a great experience!
Terrible experience. I’ve been to this car wash twice, and both times my side mirror was damaged. The first time, they washed it off with excessive force and offered no compensation — just told me to tape the mirror before the next wash so it wouldn’t happen again. I followed their advice, but during my second visit, the mirror was completely washed off again. When I asked for compensation, they refused and said it was because the mirror had tape on it — which makes no sense since the taping was done exactly as their staff ... read more
Had a great experience at Big Dan’s! Kelly was incredibly! She's a great salesman. Sold me my membership and fixed the issue I've been having reading my plate. Everyone there were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to get such personalized service at a car wash—highly recommend this location
25 $ member ship 30 days unlimited washes , soap , water , tire-shine, wheel cleaner, rain replant and dry my car off . as many time I want when ever I want , I go there 2 or 3 time a week .. I drive uber my car always looking clean and shinny , thank you Ms. sunshine for signing me up and explaining everything to me and answering all my questions with a beautiful smile. I love big dans car wash. ❤️
