Took my car through there today. First time at this place, have used the numerous others in town for great washes and figured they’d be just as good as any drive thru wash. Paid $26 for a wash and the equipment broke my shark fin antenna. A factory installed part. The manager didn’t do anything but said she would find the piece that broke off and pointed to a sign saying not their problem. $600 part plus labor, no accountability, no concern at all.
Excellent customer service from Nihjah! The location is convenient, and I really appreciate the free vacuums and complimentary interior/glass cleaner stations. I also signed up for their affordable monthly wash plan, which is a great value. The free air freshener was a nice touch, too. Overall, a great experience!
Been using Big Dan's Car Wash now for several years. They do a great job and are well worth the membership I pay each month. Besides the car wash they provide many amenities such as free vacuums , free cleaning fluids and window cleaners, free cleaning cloths . If you haven't decided on them yet I would highly suggest you give them a try. You'll notice a difference between them & other car wash competitors
This location by far is not only the best Big Dan’s carwash in the area but the best of all car washes period. Good equipments, well maintained and very friendly staff. Sunshine who works here is truly a sunshine at this location. Always smiling and making sure everyone is taken care of. Thank you for always providing a good experience EVERY SINGLE TIME.
This car wash is AMAZING! The car wash quickly took off months of grime and dust from my car and left it shining 🧼🧽🫧. The free amenities after the wash really sealed the deal and made even me feel better now that I’m driving around in a much cleaner and well organized car. Shout out to Jessica for her kindness, I really appreciate it :)
