It cracked the windshield of my 22 Tacoma on the driver's side and left a big scratch in the middle of the passenger side along with countless micro scratches on the paint. Other than that the service was really good but I'm not giving anything more than 1 star because I came here to save time and money not leave with a cracked windshield
I can’t believe this!! I’ve been a loyal customer at Big Dans but the other day I go through the car wash and it took half my bumper off and they told me it was my fault and they won’t replace it I’ve wrote the corporate office and still yet no repose very poor customer service and I used to love this place but now I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there
Thanks for getting me signed up on the family plan! RJ was a huge help and it took him about 25 seconds to get my 2 vehicles linked up for less than any of those other guys around the area! Highly recommend going here.
The services at Pinellas Park Big Dan’s Car Wash location have gradually been reduced!! When this location first opened they offered (5) wash programs, then it went to (4), now it’s down to (3) wash programs. Big Dan’s Car Wash has systematically reduced services while forcing members into higher price point wash programs to maintain the same level of service as the previous wash programs.
