Never ever in my life did I think I would get treated so poorly as a customer who goes here all the time! My mirror was completely ripped off along with my bullet antenna . I was handed a piece of paper and told I’d get a “phone” call. This is completely unacceptable! I understand shit happens but this ripped out a screwed in antenna! Please do not bring your vehicle here as if their is an accident like this you cannot reach management!!!
Got Stuck in the car wash for equipment failure. Was late for my Drs appt., I had half hour to get there, and since wanting a quick wash. After messaging them about my experience, no remorse. Unhonest answer I was given. “It’s rare we break down” 🏴☠️ The in person help 💕was amazing and told me to go to the prep station to wash all the soap off my car, after she back me out of the car wash. She was assertive and did a great job! Poor customer service from the online side!!I
This place is awful! Broke antenna off my vehicle(and were too cheap to pay for repairs) and the brushes scratch the finish. Avoid this place!
