Never ever in my life did I think I would get treated so poorly as a customer who goes here all the time! My mirror was completely ripped off along with my bullet antenna . I was handed a piece of paper and told I’d get a “phone” call. This is completely unacceptable! I understand shit happens but this ripped out a screwed in antenna! Please do not bring your vehicle here as if their is an accident like this you cannot reach management!!!
This place is awesome. Tom is awesome, he makes you feel right at home, personal, professional, and informative this man should share in the profits. Had an employee of mine recommend this Car Wash to me. Introduced me to the man of the hour, Tom Potts, wish I had 5 of him working for me. He was very informative, detailed, professional and gives you that home town touch. This man sold me on the Car Wash Membership and I didn't even have my car washed yet. Caliber has nothing on big Dans ! I’ve been really disappointed with caliber due to the white stains left on my car every time I get a wash ! Came to Big Dans and immediately saw Amazing results ! The gentleman at the gate went over plans for new customers and was able to get me into a membership with them and an air fresher for my car ! Very polite and awesome experience!
