There is no way of contacting them. They don't answer the phone. They don't return emails from their "contact us" webpage. I'm assuming they don't even set anyone up on their website so you can manage you membership. Due from my experience, my information doesn't even pull up to register. I've went up there trying to talk to someone, and it looked like everyone just quit. There was a line of cars that wasn't even moving. People were wailing on their horns or trying just to get out.
