I’ve purchased a membership since the day you opened and I was always greeted with this guy by the name of Dion. Not sure if he’s the manager or what position he holds. Nevertheless, he always greets me with a friendly smile. I could be going through some storms at that particular time and his kindness and generosity has been one of the main reasons I keep coming back time after time after time. I tend to like to go to a Car Wash in Conyers that charges less, but saw this one as I was going grocery shopping and decided to give it a try. I am HOOKED- I love the customer service! My first time there I was a bit confused as to what to do, but the gentlemen there where kind, informative, and always willing to help. This most recent time I got a free car freshener. This Big Dan's car wash is more than excellent!! I get to clean my car inside and out. It offers everything I need to clean my car. I will definitely say Big Dan's Car Wash is the place to be to clean your Vehicle. I come at least 3 to 5 times per week. Dre that works there is very polite, excellent customer service, and is always helpful when needing assistance. If I could give 10 ⭐'s I will.
