This is my second time visiting this location. Both times the customer service has been excellent! I was very impressed. The pre wash area is nice. The car wash was good and the amenities in the vacuum area are great. This justifies the price in the car wash. Because it is higher than most but because of the amenities, it is worth it and balances it out. The area was clean and there was several people working to assist. The towels were stocked and full. Visited today and signed up for the $5 unlimited Car Wash (grand opening promotion). Staff super friendly, Awesome amenities & a nice little mix of music while you clean your car.
The customer service here is PHENOMENAL!! I’ve been coming since June and my mother came before me. She raved and they have shown they truly deserve the raving. The wash is great every time. We get the Big Dan’s Signature Wash and come through all most everyday to put our car to bed clean lol. They provide so many cleaning tools and stations. Highly recommend!!
I hope the quality never changes. The vacuums are strong. The soak is perfect quality. So many other locations change and so do their customers. I am happy with Big Dan’s car wash and plan to be my stop every time.❤️🤸🏾♀️
