I love this car wash every one is so courtesy and professional. They make sure that you have everything you need for cleaning up your vehicle. I have never been there and things were not working or there are no cleaning products. I was there on one occasion and the vacuum was not working properly and I told the young man he took care of it right away. Now that was great service to me. This is the only carwash that I go to. Great experience. Great wash! Had an issue with my car while there and the employees there helped to me get it situated so I can be on my way. They were super helpful. Great staff.
I almost canceled my membership today because my credit card expired. It was tough to decide, though, because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone is so sweet and willing to assist you, even when you ask for something. Shoutout to the one gentleman who asks me for water, which I think is really nice. This was the best car wash I have every been to and trust me, I HAVE BEEN TO MANY ! The music choice was amazing, which made it therapeutic. There was shade provided, the different attachment ( interior cleaner, glass cleaner , Matt cleaner ) made everything sooo seamless. I didn’t even break a sweat. And the customer service ! ( the girl with the green dreads) was excellent, didn’t feel pressured when she gave me a soft upswell.
