Absolutely LOVE this place! Best car wash I have ever been to in my life. They have a pre-wash station, always positive greetings from the staff, then you go through the tunnel, and it is a wild trip with Vegas lights and colored foam, then you come out the other side at the vacuum station where you get unlimited compressed air, glass & interior cleaner & clean rags. $24.99 monthly membership worth every single penny! This place is so nice. I am so glad I moved my membership here. Specially want to brag on the customer service from Dreek, I think was his name-but he was so polite. Both days gave me a dog treat for my dog and a sucker for my g baby. And an air freshener. The car wash is top of the line. They have their cleaning supplies on a tube system. You have all you need of windshield cleaner, inside cleaner and they even have a blower to blow your vents out. Took my 2020 subaru through big Dan's car wash and it broke the mirror cap off my driver side. Was told be the 18 year old manager that they would not pay for a new one. So I paid money for them to break a piece off my car not a car wash. I will never do business with them again. Waiting for someone to contact me. Update my review. They take no responsibility for damages to your car and don't refund you money after damaging your car. USE ANY CAR WASH OTHER THAN BIG DAN'S CAR WASH.
I am late in sharing this .. but my granddaughter and I went to the car wash on June21st and it was a great experience..when I pulled up Undergues Banks and another team member greeted us both and offered us suckers 😊 and Mr Banks reminded me (I have only gone there 3 times). When not was time to go my granddaughter wanted to tell them by so we walked over and she told them bye , they made her feel so special and took time to talk to her , she is 7 years old and that just thrilled her. I love this car wash. I take good care of my Ford Flex it's my baby and to vacuum the car is so easy with their equipment and their interior detail spray and the floor Mats cleaning stations. I actually love cleaning my car. The music they play in the stations while you vacuum your car is cool! Great job guys!
