I love Big Dan's!!! The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. The towels and additional cleaning supplies makes you like you're home in your own driveway.... everything always works! The vacuums are powerful and allows you to get into every crack and crevice!
The wash was good but there weren't any vacant vacuum cleaner spaces after my wash. Cars were lined up (in the way of the exit) waiting on a spot to vacate. I couldn't even leave until people moved out of the way. There's a sign at the exit that instructs cars to to keep moving, but there was no where to move to.
After 3 years of driving past Big Dan's Car Wash and saying I was going to go, I finally went. LoL! Big Dan's Car Wash sits right off the major road and is easily accessible. I love how they have the lanes split for in vs out. This allows for a smooth process if you are looking for a true in-and-out type of experience. Upon pulling up I decided on the “Shine It” package. Left scratches on my car and the brushes somehow pushed open my gas tank and knocked off the gas tank door. I called to get it fixed but no one answered. When they did call back, they said it was too late for them to assume responsibility for repairs. This isn’t the first time something has been damaged on my car. I’ve had a membership for over 3 years but decided to cancel.
Scratched my paint, faint scratch marks up and down both sides of my car. Nice vacuum.
