Fantastic management and customer service. Our car hadn’t been washed in a minute and did not come completely cleaned the first go around. One of the employees told us to pull around again and hand sprayed the missed spots. He even came over to help out with the mats. Management was out training a new employee, and he was patient and respectful with the trainee.
The membership is convenient. Always get out and inspect your car before driving away. I've had to take my car through twice to get the desired result, but it's never been a problem. The attendants are always nice and professional.
After 3 years of driving past Big Dan's Car Wash and saying I was going to go, I finally went. LoL! Big Dan's Car Wash sits right off the major road and is easily accessible. I love how they have the lanes split for in vs out. This allows for a smooth process if you are looking for a true in-and-out type of experience. Upon pulling up I decided on the “Shine It” package. Monthly sub is so affordable that my husband and I have both of our cars on it!! It's a real must have especially during the summer. We got back from our vacation and went almost straight to Big Dans. The bugs on our jeep were terrible and Big Dans got all of them off and left the jeep shiny as ever. So pleased with the service there and the attendants remember faces so when you go back be prepared to be greeted with a smile. Love this car wash and the people working there!!
If I could give 0 stars I would my car was damaged here last August it’s been almost 10 months and I’ve been getting the run around every few weeks when I go and ask about getting my car fixed the manager is never on site they always “just left” or they have new management or the employees claim they don’t have a way to contact the manager it’s a terribly ran place
