I had a coupon for a free wash and used it. I initially was happy with the results when I pulled to their vacuum station. Later on this evening while getting gas, I noticed scratches on the back of my brand new vehicle. I examined my whole car and there are also scratches on my hood. I will be reaching out to this establishment as my car is a week old and this was my first wash. I’m not sure what product caused the scratches and hope to resolve this with the company.
After 3 years of driving past Big Dan's Car Wash and saying I was going to go, I finally went. LoL! Big Dan's Car Wash sits right off the major road and is easily accessible. I love my unlimited plan especially the fact I get free air fresheners lol... Tidal Wave got nothing on Big Dans !!! I also love that they have tire lines to make sure I don't pop my tires lol
I love Big Dan's!!! The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. The towels and additional cleaning supplies makes you like you're home in your own driveway.... everything always works! The vacuums are powerful and allows you to get into every crack and crevice!
