I had a very bad experience at Big Dan’s Car Wash (2375 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL). I paid for a membership just two days ago, but when I went for service, the staff refused to help me and were extremely rude. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected. I do not recommend this location due to the unprofessional and unfriendly customer service.
