I went to The car wash in Tarpon Springs, Fl for the first time and was asked by the attendant if I wanted a membership and I said no I just want a one time car wash. I noticed On my bank statement that they changed me a recurring charge for 3 months. I called the office and ask why I was being charges and they explained that I was charged a promotional 90 day membership. I explained that I did NOT signup for a membership and wanted a refund. Decided to give Big Dan’s a try since I pass multiple times in a day. Very underwhelmed by the results. I came from Tommy’s Carwash but I always had to drive 10 minutes out of my way to go there but I will be going back. Big Dan’s wash is the worst I’ve experienced. My truck comes out the other end dirtier than it went in. It’s always soaking wet and I have to completely dry the whole vehicle. There are a few car washes opening up along US19. I take advantage of their free washes to get me as a customer. I will NEVER give up my Big Dan's membership. They are by far THE best game in town. Friendly staff. very clean facility AND they have gas. Talk about convenience.
This is a really good Car wash! Absolutely really clean. Plenty of Towels, Interior Cleaner, window Cleaner, air hose, vacuums are good and plenty of space to shine up the Truck! I am definitely impressed. Really everything was excellent. I will be using this car wash again in the future.
